Perfect stay for a family. Particularly babies.

Beautiful location, helpful staff, very relaxing and rustic, pure tranquility, great swimming pool, clean place. We have traveled with 6 month old baby and the property provided a high chair free of charge which was very helpful!! Separate bedroom with dark shutters and air con meant that our baby slept very well during the day and night time and we had a little bit of time to ourselves on the patio just outside the property ( close enough for a baby monitor signal). Shaded areas meant that baby could spend time outside as well. Within 15min drive big supermarket with all baby supplies.

Beautiful location for family stay

Beautiful property that was super family friendly. Easy to self cater and pool was a welcome relief after touring the area. Markus was excellent and provided an alternative to our booking that accommodated our large family easily.

Was a bit surprised to have to restock garbage bags, toilet paper, dish tabs etc given the €15/person cleaning fee. Not a big deal though. Really loved our stay.

we didn’t know that we have to drive few kilometers to the apartment from the reception. road wasn’t well prepared so don’t recommend to go there with a car with low suspension. a lot of spiders, worms and even cockroach inside the apartment

Probably one of the best properties we have stayed in and we have over 80 bookings reservations over 5 years So peaceful and relaxing Markus was a great host The guys doing the pool were really helpful

A lovely place in the middle of a beautiful nature!

The main house was built in the late 18th century and is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. The view over the wooded hills and the valley is fantastic. The swimming pool is nice and big and is cleaned every morning. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. My personal highlight was hearing wolves howling during the night and enjoying the company and feeding of the at least 5 cats. ❤️

You should be aware that, as there are several holiday flats here and the place is wonderfully quiet, you can clearly hear your neighbours acoustically. Consideration is called for here. Personally, I was a little bit irritated by the noise of the neighbours' air-conditioning unit, which had its air vent on my balcony side and was kept running continuously day and night.

Pleasant and relaxing stay

The landscaped gardens, the view, apartment was very spacious and fully equipped. Nearby towns of Panicale and Città della Pieve are lovely.

We had to clean up the swimming pool ourselves as it was full of bees. our apartment was a bit noisy and we could hear people talking in the other apartment.

Exceptional

Markus was a great host. After receiving us at the reception and giving us a lot of information of things to do/restaurants/etc. in the near area in Umbria, he took us to the amazing Agriturismo. Markus even helped us out when we had some car issues by contacting garages etc., which eventually led to a solution. The place itself is amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back!

Beautiful location and accommodation

The accommodation is located a bit off the main road which makes it an idyllic place. There is a well sized pool with a beautiful view over the valley. The appartement is very spacious and has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The host Markus is very nice and helpful. He will give great advice for restaurants and places to visit nearby. He even helped us to make an appointment at a garage when I had car troubles! Highly recommend to stay here. Definitely will go back here when able to.

Apartments in total silence on the hills, clean rooms with everything you need, nice pool area. Markus was very friendly and provided us with many information about the region. We will definitely come back!

It's a steep dirt road (no asphalt), so beware. This isn't mentioned anywhere. Some pictures shown at booking.com are of the other location (they have two).

Beautiful and quiet location. Great bed, kitchen and facilities.

Spacious and clean apartment with very good kitchen equipment and facilities. To have a dishwasher and a washing machine was perfect. Also, the bed was very comfy. The hist was very helpful. All in a very quiet location, with beautiful nature surrounding and with a big pool. I had some very quiet and comfortable days there. Very good value for money.

Nothing really. Some more warm light sources in the living room would have been beautiful.

"La dolce vita" just how we imagined

We had the apartment in the first floor with terrace. It was just amazing. We really enjoyed sitting at the terrace in the evening, looking at the sunset over umbria and listening to the crickets. Very relaxing. The pool was also nice and perfect for a cool down after visiting the nearby lovely towns with great food and wine. "La dolce vita" just how we imagined.

Toller Ausblick in die Toskana

Die Unterkunft und der Ausblick sind traumhaft. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber schaffbar. Die Check-In und Check Out Zeiten sind sehr strikt, hier könnte etwas mehr Flexibilität vorhanden sein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Vorzeitige Abreise, da ungeeignetes Urlaubsdomizill

Wunderbare Aussicht, sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Anlage.

Für unsere Verhältnisse war es zu einsam, es gab auch leider keinerlei Möglichkeiten sich in der Anlage zu versorgen. Keine Bar, keinen Shop. Für uns als Motorradfahrer einer schweren Tourenmaschine eine fast unzumutbare Zufahrt über steile und teilweise sehr schmale Schotterpiste. Auf vorherige Anfrage bzgl. der Zufahrt wurde uns versichert, dass bereits andere Motorradfahrer dort Urlaub verbrachten, wovon wir dringend abraten.

Dejligt sted til familieferie.

Dejlig lejlighed med alt, hvad man har brug for. Malagronda ligger i et smukt område, og der er virkelig styr på sagerne. Poolen er god til mange timers leg.

Prachtig paradijs in Umbrië

Prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht. Zwembad wordt elke ochtend schoon gemaakt. De tuin is goed onderhouden en alles ligt er keurig bij.

Het is ongeveer 5-10 minuten omhoog rijden op een zandweg. De weg is in principe prima te rijden maar het laatste deel is erg stijl.

Un casale tra le verdi colline umbre

Alloggio dell'agriturismo Malagronda in una posizione davvero bella, su una collina e in mezzo alla natura a perdita d'occhio. Casale molto ben rifinito e con davvero tanti servizi a corredo (piscina estiva, campetto da calcetto, tavolo da ping pong, area giochi per i più piccoli e spazio per il BBQ) ed incastonato nelle colline umbre.

Unico appunto lo farei sui materassi che cambierei subito. A quel punto la mia valutazione complessiva sarebbe stata 10.
