The size and comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness all over the resort, the variety of pools and things to do for kids, great choice of food, the gyros at the snack bar were 10/10! Overall a fantastic resort!
I wasn’t so bothered but my partner wasn’t overly impressed with the all inclusive finishing at 11pm, even just the extra hour until midnight would’ve made the difference!

The food was excellent and the pools are great!
The A.C in our room was broken but after a while i got an upgreated room and the rest of our staing was great.

Entertainment for kids, swimming pools, food was good ,but same food every day, free ice cream, pizza and giros between noon to 6 p.m.
room i got, very basic, the bath cabin-water all over while showering, taste of water bad, even not for drinking, some places, near the reception office smell bad of waste water

The water park is fun and super nice for kids the ages 3 to 10.
Also the shows at evening for kids were very entertaining and really great.
The service at the reception and the dining area was average to say the least, can't be compared with real 5 stars hotel service - not pleasant service and not providing the sense of care. While I have to admit in bars, pool and kids clubs the service was good.
Food at the dinning room was no appealing, not in looks and definitely not in the taste.
