Restaurant team was thoughtful and very kind, above expectations. Elenis, Saves, Yohana. They bring me anything and variety due to allergies, made me comfortable to ask them anything
    10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2024
Could not be happier with my stay here. The entire experience was magic. Grecotel series resorts have the whole experience down to a fine art. Would definitely recommend!
    10 / 10Outstanding·Aug 2024
We found the Hotel one of the best we have stayed in, (if not the best) Extremely friendly, polite and thoughtful Staff, throughout the Hotel complex, the little things , like complimentary Towels and Water at the private beach and poolside. The Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the hotel, as was the the Food, our only regret is that we only got to spend six days here.
    6.8 / 10Average·Jun 2026
The location and architecture of the main buildings are exceptional. Check in was brusque. Accommodation was not ready by check in time. Rooms are dated, no USB ports etc. Bedding is poor quality. Breakfast food choices are good but service is weak and unwelcoming. WiFi in the hotel grounds is patchy. We came back this time after a good experience here four years ago but are disappointed.
