Central Living Apartments - Berggasse

L’appartamento si trova in una zona molto servita dai mezzi pubblici. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. L’appartamento è molto attrezzato: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, Nespresso, bollitore. Aria condizionata molto efficiente. Nonostante fossimo in un sottotetto e con temperature esterne roventi, in casa si stava benissimo!

Le travi di legno sono molto belle ma difficili da pulire e piene di polvere. Una cosa che non trovo positiva è avere per tutto il soggiorno lo stendino con gli asciugamani e le lenzuola degli ospiti precedenti ad asciugare all’interno dell’appartamento.

Great loft apartment with plenty of room and facilities. Close enough to subway and tram and attractions. They were very responsive to fixing the aircon and came very quickly which we appreciated. Value for money.

We liked the place but what would make it a 10/10 experience would be including complimentary small toiletries like shampoo and body wash. Also better instructions for locating the property would help future guests, particularly using the key in the lift to get up to the apartment. including an instruction book for the aircon and tv would also be good. Also we arrived to washing hanging out and in the washing machine which wasn’t an issue per se but could be an improvement

Wyposażenie , ma już mocno widoczne ślady użytkowania.

Sehr zentral gelegen, gleich bei Votivkirche, vieles schon gut fußläufig erreichbar, aber auch Trambahnlinie D nur in paar Gehminuten erreichbar (fährt direkt zum HBF und hält an vielen Hauptsightseeing-Punkten wie Belvedere, Oper, nahe Stephansplatz,…). Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr ruhig bei geschlossenen Fenstern, Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Ab 15Uhr hätten wir laut Vermieter einchecken dürfen, da machte das Putzteam in der Wohnung noch Brotzeit und es war noch nichts fertig. Sie entschuldigten sich, es wäre wohl zu viel zu tun gewesen und baten uns höchstens 20 Minuten zu warten (kann passieren, aber nach langer Anreise natürlich unschön). Die Wohnung war dann um 16.15Uhr für uns frei, es roch nach Essen und Essig und war noch nicht ganz krümelfrei, der Wäscheständer mit dem gewaschenen Bettzeug und Handtüchern von den Vormietern blieb im Raum stehen, ein Rollo am Fenster war bereits kaputt und ließ sich nicht aufziehen. Nach Durchlüften und Nachwischen aber alles ok. Eine Flasche Wasser und ein kleines Duschgel wären schön gewesen (besonders sonntags, kennen wir zumindest von anderen Fewos so). Das Bett ist sehr hart, die Ausziehcouch leider auch etwas ungemütlich zum Schlafen).
