Exceptional

This apartment was beautiful, clean and cosy. The kitchen was very eqquipped. The rooms are spacious. The host was very kind and helpful. The shops (bakery, grocery, supermarket) were close to the apartment.

Home away from Home

It is a pretty grand and very clean apartment, The lock box instruction is clear. The owner is very friendly. Kitchen has a lot of stuff, sure you can do simple cooking there, fridge has welcome drinks and ice bar, and there is also a medication box inside the washroom The showe water pressure is great, with rain shower of your choice! It is really a home away from home. There is store with a logo "T" selling bus ticket just opposite to no. 24 bus stop, (only 2 mins walk) and you can buy ticket in advance and validate when you get on the bus. The supermarket is just cross the road! Overall it is a very comfortable apartment!

The kettle was not working, only the light was on, but not boiling, The coffee capsule is a bigger size and doesn't fit into the coffee machine! There's street noise at night sometimes.

Quiet location but good bus connections to central Verona. Owner in contact a few times to offer help if needed.

Flat was a little cluttered with linen in a lot of the drawers.

Superb

Spacious, clean apartment with separate bedroom. Full kitchen with large fridge. Good communication with warm and friendly host. Economical. Close to bus stop.

Although the apartment was very clean, it was a bit cluttered. The closets were full of linens, etc. The oven was filled with pots and pans. The apartment is 45 minutes+ walk to the city center, so using the bus is necessary. Very minor problems considering all the other advantages.

very comfortable if you want to be close to the city center with the car. You can make your own dinner, relax in the room with netflix. Very clean and has all the things you need

Troppo caro (200 euro a notte) per zona e servizi… qualche dubbio sui lavori in corso

Siamo in viaggio di lavoro per vinitaly. Abbiamo scelto la struttura sopratutto per andare in fiera a piedi (20 minuti). Siamo arrivati un po’ in anticipo e la signora Violetta gentilmente ci ha fatto mettere il bagaglio nell’appartamento. Nessun parcheggio in struttura ma disponibilità di posti in strada pubblica. Siamo rimasti perplessi perché per entrare abbiamo dovuto spostare un celophan da cantiere e attraversare dei lavori in corso (stavano sostituendo la porta). Non siamo stati avvisati in fase di prenotazione. Appartamento a prima vista pulito e abbastanza nuovo nelle finiture. Divano letto macchiato con fodera rotta. Armadio parzialmente occupato da addobbi natalizi ?! Letto comodo e aria condizionata appena montata. Noi siamo venuti per lavoro quindi i lavori in corso nell’appartamento di fianco (probabilmente della stessa proprietà) non ci hanno disturbato (in vacanza sarebbe stato diverso). Tutto tollerabile se fosse costato la metà. 200 euro per la zona assolutamente fuori prezzo.
