Very Nice and Clean Rooms, Close to the City Centre in Verona!

This is a very clean and neat accommodation and the given facilities are up to an star class hotel. Very convenient location close to the Verona main rail-way station as well.

The location wasn't great for us. We assumed it would be close to the train station but it is close to the back of the train station. To enter, you have to walk around, which takes about 20 minutes on a busy road. Bit far too the centre, but that was our mistake.

Самое лучшее проживание в нашей поездке по Италии- номера чистые светлые с новеньким ремонтом и мебелью (санузел просто огонь! )и с общей кухней где можно позавтракать или что - то приготовить!( была также кофемашина с капсулами и чайник и чай) Хозяйка Нина очень приятная и гостеприимная! Была супер любезна, встретила нас лично и позволила оставить вещи рано утром! Также был чудесный комплимент в виде бутылки просекко и конфеток! Мы очень тронуты таким душевным человеческим подходом к каждому гостю в отличии от всех прочих итальянских B@B где было только бесконтактное заселение по коду не видя и не слыша хозяев! Обязательно вернёмся! До жд вокзала 2 остановки на автобусе или пешком. До центра 8-10 мин на автобусе ! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!

Está muy bien, tal cual fotos. Muy cómodo. Cocina completa . Supermercado lidl al lado. Y parada de bus al lado. Zona tranquila. Máquina de cafe con capsulas de cortesía.

La ubicación. Pero hay parada de bus al lado y en 10min estas en el centro.

Tutto sommato bene, da riprovare con piccole migliorie come suggerito

La struttura nasce a poca distanza da ente fiera e centro città per cui ottima per ogni esigenza. Camera grande, moderna, è pulita. Letto molto comoda, bagno ampio .

In camera mancavano gli appoggi. No una sedia, no una poltroncina, neanche un appoggio per la valigia che ho dovuto tenera a terra. Anche in bagno non ci sono appoggi tipo sgabelli o piccolo mobilio per i propri oggetti beauty. Da segnalare l'impossibilità di parcheggiare nei giorni di fiera. Ci sono divieti ovunque e continui controlli. La problematica del parcheggio non è segnasse nessuna parte. Sarebbe bene che la struttura informasse i clienti prima dell'arrivo. Ultima cosa da segnalare la nostra camere e il bagno al nostro arrivo erano freddissime. Riscaldamento spento . Noi siamo arrivate in camera alle 20,30. Sarebbe stato bello trovare un po' di calore.

Struttura curata, ma lenzuola e asciugamani da rivedere. Ok se siete in auto, meno comodo a piedi!

Il check-in autonomo è andato tutto bene, le istruzioni erano chiare e semplici da seguire. La struttura si presenta ben mantenuta, si vede che viene curata e la cucina è molto ben fornita, con diversi elettrodomestici utili.

Le uniche pecche riguardano la posizione e la pulizia. La zona, dietro la stazione di Verona Porta Nuova, non ci è sembrata particolarmente piacevole. Probabilmente risulta più comoda per chi si sposta in auto, anche se la presenza di un Lidl a pochi passi è sicuramente un punto a favore. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato alcune macchie non identificate sugli asciugamani forniti e su lenzuola e copriletto, cosa che ci ha un po’ delusi. La stanza in sé è abbastanza comoda, ampio guardaroba, il bagno è spazioso. Non abbiamo utilizzato la TV né il riscaldamento, quindi non possiamo esprimere un giudizio su questi servizi.

Gostei bastante do quarto, das condições proporcionadas, da limpeza e da localização. Fica bastante perto da Fiera di Verona. O apartamento está muito bem equipado, com tudo novo e uma cozinha partilhada excecional.

Splendide logement

Chambre très spacieuse, logement et mobilier neufs. Salle de bain au top ! Une cuisine à partager toute neuve qui permet de se faire un petit déjeuner, café disponible et petites bouteilles d eau à disposition dans le frigo. Un lidl à 150 mètres permettant de s acheter des viennoiseries. Si vous avez des trottinettes électriques comme nous, piste cyclable tout le long et accès au centre en 15 mns.

N ayant pas reçu les codes d accès comme d habitude, j ai du appelé mais tout s est fait rapidement. Pas de bruit sauf si d autres locataires sont là car le couloir dessert chaque chambre et on entend même si les gens font de leur mieux pour être respectueux.

La comunicazione con lo staff era un po’ macchinosa, ma comunque positiva. L’impressione è che si tratti di una nuova attività e che i gestori stiano ancora imparando il mestiere.
