Highly recommend this quaint place hosted by Lynley.

The tiny house may have been small in size but big and overflowing on amenities and details. A lot of thought and love were evident. It was well stocked and spotless. The private little garden was delightful. The pool was a welcome bonus after a long travel day. Lynley was a perfect host, very welcoming and informative.

That we were only booked there for 1 night.

Homely, Cozy, and Quiet

Homely, Cozy, & Quiet. It was peaceful and relaxing after a 12hr day in the sun at Lake Karapiro. The pool was perfect to cool down in, and the hosts were very friendly. They even turned on the AC for us so the tiny home was nice and cool on arrival. Loved the little honey pottle gift in the fridge (i hope it was a gift, we took it as it had thank you on the tag) the bed was sooooo comfy and we enjoyed our dinner outside under the fairy lights. Perfect for my son and I to reset and recharge for his waka ama races at Lake Karapiro which was approximately 13mins drive.

That our booking was only for 1 night.

Peaceful, cute stay

The location was quiet and easy to find. The hostess was very helpful, especially when we accidentally left a water bottle in the freezer and asked her if she could remove it while we were out. The tiny house was clean and very cute, with a nice little kitchenette. Good bird viewing from the yard! We loved the beautiful, rural location. And it was located well for us to visit the Hamilton Gardens, as well as Hobbiton and nearby Cambridge.

There wasn't much space for luggage, so I wished we had thought to consolidate our stuff to one small bag before arriving. That would be my advice if you're on a multi-location, longer trip. For a quick trip with a little bag, not a problem. Also, I had issues with the bed being a little too soft for my back, but my husband was fine with it.

Overall a great place, would highly recommend.

Kitchen well supplied with what we needed to prepare meals. Good sized bathroom, plenty of towels, great shower, lots of hot water. Easy to use heater in main room. Lovely decor.

Very awkward to get into the bed on the side away from the door. Several tiny black ants. Fridge froze some vegetables.

Idyllic, quiet, peaceful.

Lovely quiet location. So easy to get the keys and get into the property. Great parking, very private. Idyllic spot.

There was a power cut one day, but this was out of the vendor's control. They gave us a warning about it, and the power came back on just as they said. This has not impacted our view that this property is wonderful. It's just one of those things! We spent the day out anyway, so we didn't really notice the power cut.

Super well equipped house, I'm impressed how many useful things were in the tiny kitchen. We didn't lack anything. Quiet location.

Tiny little house

The layout of the house is amazing. Clean comfy, all the amenities included, super cozy, warm, quiet, private, can use the pool & BBQ, check in anytime as your emailed the code for the key box. Superb hot shower, really nice owner & fast WiFi. Location is out in the sticks so it's nice but will need a car to go anywhere (or bike) one of my favourite places I've stayed. I forgot photos but it's the same as you see on the internet.

It was a very pleasant setting, we had everything we needed, it was handy to Cambridge, and an ideal stay for our purpos

Private, with a little garden, and garden furniture. Well equipped kitchen, the sharp knives and kitchen scissors. A gift of a little pot of honey was a nice touch. The breakfast was basic and adequate, and having read some of the previous reviews, we brought our own muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt, extra teabags and bread to augment it. We had a small problem with hot water which the owner quickly responded to and repaired.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the mattress is soft.

A warm, inviting and comfortable space, even for a tiny space! Lynley has ensured lots of attention to detail. My husband and I had always wanted to experience staying in a tiny house.....this was the perfect place to try that. Thank you Lynley and Terry for sharing your beautiful Tiny House Oasis with us. A great little place that suited my needs.

The bed was comfortable, the place was warm and I loved the provided breakfast and treats. I also appreciated having shampoo, conditioner there too. Once there, the communication was great.

Communication leading up to stay wasn't great and my name was spelt wrong. I ended up having to ring once I got to the destination to ask for lock box code as I hadn't got a response.
