About this apartment rental

Our house has an attached guest suite and is located two minutes walk from the lake and Don Rowlands centre, licenced Podium Cafe and boat ramp .You cannot get closer. The accommodation is an entire wing located off a shared entranceway . It has two bedrooms both with ensuites , a lounge area and kitchenette which opens on to deck with a bbq. One room has a King double bed and the other has two king singles. There is a double sofabed and a single bed in the lounge which gives us the ability to sleep five. There is a separate toilet and hand basin etc.
Tea, Coffee etc and linens provided.

Property was amazing , clean , beautiful gardens and views and well stocked breakfast. hosts were accommodating and we were able to drop our bags off earlier to suit before heading to our event. Thank you highly recommended

Watershed was a really lovely place to stay - easy to find, calm, beautiful setting - and immaculately taken care of by the hosts. It's only a short drive from Cambridge and a great stepping stone for places like Rotorua, Waitomo and Hobbiton. Warmly recommended.
