Great property in a very convenient location for Hobbiton and Hamilton Gardens.

Fabulous location. Lovely garden and property yet close to the motorway and town with lots of useful facilities. Easy parking and checking in with Chris was great. Thank you for a wonderful time in Cambridge. 35 minutes to Hobbiton and the stunning Hamilton Gardens.

Beautiful and well kept home that gives a peaceful feel. The pool was lovely, and clean. The cottage was well equipped and everything was high quality. Chris, the host is very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Everything - we had a wonderful stay! The room was super clean, with tasteful décor and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The bedding was excellent quality and extremely comfortable, and the pool was amazing—a real highlight. Our host was lovely, warm, and welcoming, and truly made the stay feel special. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Overall, everything was superb and exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay again.

Cosy, welcoming stay close to town

The cottage had such a warm, cosy feeling with a great vibe that instantly felt like home. It was very clean, well kept, and stocked with thoughtful extras like cooking utensils, extra blankets, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly lovely and accommodating, making sure we felt welcome from the start. The location was also perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet less than 1km to the shops. A wonderful spot for a relaxing stay in Cambridge.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. Was warm, cozy, and decorated beautifully. Chris was a lovely host; she and her partner even gave us suggestions of things to see and do in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Cambridge.

This is a gorgeous cottage walking distance to Cambridge town centre. Host Chris was lovely and I really appreciated the excellent communication. Very thoughtful amenities, highly recommend!

Comfortable, secure, beautiful linen, well equipped, plenty of space for the 3 of us. Being able to pick some of the biggest limes I have seen was a lovely bonus. Very friendly hosts too.

A washing machine would probably be required for a longer stay.

This is a delightful unit, has everything you need for a comfortable sleep. Off street parking, zero road noise, easy walking distance to Cambridge. Swimming to dip into after a morning walk….this is an excellent unit for a stay.

Beautiful Cottage fit for a King, a Kuini and a Princess.

Location was a little further away from Karapiro than we usually stay for regattas but the distance was fine and we liked the quietness of this end of town.

Beautiful property and host Chris; and we really appreciated her bringing a box of toys over for our young one to play with.

Amazing host, facilites and location, our expectations were blown out of the water!

The host was amazing, she had been texting me prior to arriving and gave us very clear instructions. She then met us and showed us around and then left us to it. She was outstanding and friendly and the facilities were amazing!

Perfect for a weekend getaway for two, and will be fantastic for a family in the summer with the pool. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. It’s a short drive to the city centre with lots to do, see and buy. Don’t miss the weekend markets in Cambridge and Hamilton.
