We were in Cambridge for rowing so this property was perfect, just 5 mins from lake. House was immaculately clean, comfortable and peaceful. A touch of the country only 5 mins from central Cambridge

Gina was a very friendly host, she even made the effort to contact us during an extended power cut to make sure we were OK and to see if we needed a torch.

We have stayed here many times for rowing regattas. It is our home away from home.
It is in a beautiful location. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy and has everything you could need for a lovely stay. Every possible amenity is provided, and the host is very helpful. A great place to stay for rowing at Karapiro.

One to add to your probable list
Benn road cottage was an unexpected delight. We were looking for a quiet night after a hectic weekend and found it ! supremely quiet farm location, easy as to find and check in a breeze. We actually arrived an hour early and Gina was totally non plussed . All facilities are first rate, beds / kitchen / bathroom. Cannot find fault. We like to "save" bnb's for future reference, when travelling and Benn road got quickly added to that list . Thank you Gine a lovely albeit brief stay. See you again one day .
