Beautiful place. We had a great time

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and close to everything. We'd love to come back someday.u

Great value for money if you don't mind a short uphill walk.

Spacious apartment with basic but cozy furnitures. Access was easy, the owner was helpful. From the centre of Como you have to walk up the hill for about 10 minutes. This was not a problem for us, but may be important for others. Bar San Giuliano is close by and is a great authentic Italian breakfast bar.

A lovely apartment 15 minutes to the centre hood facilities and spotless.

Clean tidy great aircon communication with the owner was great they even provided downloaded map and advice on routes and places to see.

apartment was big and almost has all of the amenities. location was slightly difficult to reach without owned vehicle

no drinking water was initially offered. guests might not know it.

we had a great relaxed time there .

it was clean and all the basic stuffs were present.we got enough towels.we had a great time.

it was slightly uphill I think ,though it was close to the city centre . if you don’t have car and had a baby it’s little difficult to reach. but over all it was worth it.

Amazing

The apartment is amazing! So big and spacious. The owner is really friendly and nice. The whole place is super clean. Ive read reviews saying its not walkable from town but it totally is!! When you first go up with your luggage it may be easier to get a taxi as its up a hill but all the other times its definitely manageable without a car.

Only thing I have to say thats not positive is that the neighbours were very loud the first night but that isnt the properties fault.

Un apartament destul de draguț.

A fost cea mai urata expierența pe care am traito de cand calatorim.De la sosire am fost întampinați cu ostilitate de locatari,am locuit prima noapte apoi dimineata am fost sunati de proprietate si au zis ca unul din parintii proprietarului a murit si ne-au anulat rezrvarea pe 2 zile deoarece proprietarii trebuie sa vina urgent in apartament .Cu toate ca nu era corect am inteles situatia si am plecat doamna cu care am vorbit multumindu-ne foarte mult.Insa a doua zi Booking ne anunta ca a anulat rezervarea deoarece gazda ne-a reclamat ca nu am respectat regulile apartamentului ceia ce era o minciuna ordinara si ne-a deranjat enorm .Avem inregistrarea si mesajele in care gazda ne spune despre moartea unui parinte a proprietarului nicidecum ca nu am respectat politicile apartamentului .Deoarece ne-au fost aduse grave prejudicii de imagine intentionam sa actionam in judecata proprietatea iar avocatul nostru va lua legatura cu cei care administreaza aceasta locație.Din pacate astfel de proprietari fac reclama foarte negativa companiei Booking dar sa speram ca sunt numai cazuri izolate.

La instrucciones autónomas para la casa muy mal explicadas, con lo cual tardas y luego la casa muy fría, llegas a las 23:00 con ganas de dormir y están todos los radiadores fríos ya que hay abrirlos cuando llegas. El aparcamiento es en la calle, solo tiene dos sitios…

Naprawdę duży i przestronny apartament, bardzo czysty. Świetna lokalizacja. Polecam.

Ogromna ilość szafek, półek, szuflad ale brak w nich wieszaków na ubrania, niektóre mebelki do naprawy ale to nie przeszkadza i nie zmienia całości oceny : bardzo dobry.
