Our stay was fantastic.

It was a central location with access to mall and universities. the size of the apartment was manageable and all the facilities functional. the lighting was superb as I like very bright environment.

There was no mirror in the master bedroom. I though the master bedroom was ensuite but only the 3rd bedroom was. The sofa was low that sitting to watch television was back breaking.

Not very pleased overall.

Communication with the host to collect the keys in the local petrol station.

It is not as advertised in photos and is very small. Located in a group of flats. It was incorrectly advertised as having games facilities and finding to location was not easy. The facilities could be a lot better for the price paid. (At the same time incorrect advertisement on booking.com about the games available (not in the flat) was clarified as not being corrected by the booking .com despite the host reminding them).

The property is located within Cleveland Tower, which is a dated building that isn’t particularly attractive.

Lovely apartment, excellent location

Lovely clean, comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, fantastic location walking distance from all the main city centre attractions. Perfect for groups of friends.

The entrance into the building, not sure I'd feel comfortable taking small children there. Perfectly fine if you're with a group of adults.
