unsafe, not clean and not the property listed.

A word of warning here, this is not a safe place to stay, nor is the ad correct. I booked and paid for the room listed, showed up to the property and was given the details to let myself into someone else's room, I was given a code to get inside and find someone else already there. This put the two of us at risk and was really unprofessional. After this, I was now moved to a different property owned by the same man. This new location wasn’t listed on Booking.com and had none of the amenities i had paid for. No wifi, no tv, no kitchen, no oven, no stove top, no fridge. I had to throw away food i had brought due to a lack of fridge to store them putting me at a loss and had to use my data as there was no wifi provided. The amenities within the property were also well below standard. The toilet seat was no clean, nor was it attached to the toilet, being just resting on top. The room was no clean, nor was the shower. There was no way to adjust the temperature of the shower, it was on or off. When turned on, it only had a button, that meant the shower was on for 10 seconds. Meaning you had to turn it on over and over in order to use the shower and were left to the mercy of whatever temperature the water happened to be. Below is a list of amenities that I paid for but were not provided; Air conditioning, Kitchen, Streaming service (like Netflix), Desk, Seating Area, Refrigerator, Ironing facilities, Tea/Coffee maker, Flat-screen TV, Hairdryer, Kitchenware, Kitchenette, Oven, Stovetop, Toaster, Carbon monoxide detector Again, i should point out this room was not listed here, It was a building next door that i moved to. There was no way of me getting a room elsewhere so this was left as my only option, despite the state of the room, the lack of amenities that were listed but not provided. I was refused a refund.

The bed was really comfortable

The cleanliness of the room which wasn't the room advertised!! The toilet had poo stains around pan. The carpet was dirty. The tile above the sink fell off, the towel rail fell off the wall.

Great facility for a simple overnight stay. Spacious ground floor room, with everything I need for crash space after a night out. Simple as that!

Host expected crockery to be washed up, but no washing up kit provided. The room was too warm. Other than that, all fine, no other comments.

It was convenient, comfortable and close to all amenities in the area.

It was very compact and comfortable. Parking was great. It was easy to get in once I had the code.

It was noisy in the evening, but the hosts did deal with it quickly. Noise in the building was a bit of an issue in the morning as well. The only other concern I had was the assumption that everyone who would book this place has access to a smart phone(with Google docs) and is not roaming. Downloading the document (which had great information) was a challenge until I was wifi connected.
