I didn't liked the check out time which was at 10 am . Was annoying for the kids to be out so early in the morning.

Great location for old town

The location was excellent. There are two cafes nearby, one is more of a bar. Both great. Short walk up the hill to Old Town. About 10 mins walk from the funicular railway. Comfortable beds.

Two fans were broken. Both hairdryers in the property also board line dangerous with dodgy wiring. Quite noisy to sleep if you have to leave a window open due to lack of fan.

Good

We liked the location (LOVED the fountain outside, walking distance everywhere, airport bus just 3 mins away), the window view. The apartment was spacious, the temperature was alright, no need of using the fans. The walls are thin so we heard the neighbors and the bells really loudly but that’s what you get with an old building so it’s not a con, just an information. All in all the apartment is really cute, detailed with wood and stones. We actually did only sleep there, being out the whole day, so can’t say much about the kitchen. The contact with the owner was really good, the answers were quick, the check-in process was easy.

Bed sheets should be replaced as soon as possible. There was a really bad smell in the biggest bathroom as soon as we walked in (The pipes? The shower itself? From the window? Pee smell? We didn’t know but it didn’t disappear). There was one clothes moth in one of the bedrooms. There was a problem with closing the door in one of the bathrooms.

Big disappointment.

Big disappointment. We have found the apartment not serviced, dirty bed sheets, bathroom not cleaned. We have complained to the owner, he promised 50% refund if we change the bedsheets and clean the bathroom our selfs. We did have any other choice, so we agreed. But since then, the owner is not communicating and is still owing us the refund.

Very confortable for six people!

The living room is spacious and beautiful. Very confortable for six people! We asked the host to put the heating some hours before we arrived and we really appreciated that the apartment was warm when we came in!

For the price it was all good! Things to may be improved are that one of the mattress could be renewed and some pillows too. The sheets of the sofa didn’t fit well. The bathrooms inside the rooms could be improved.

spacious apartment for big family, 2 separate rooms, 3 bathrooms. kitchen is fully equipped yet we did not found coffee, tea as other reviews said. yet it was good for a short stay.

bell started ringing loudly in the morning yet it is natural since you are living in nice, old town area. apartment was clean, yet not that clean as we expected

It is stated in the description that there is a parking space, in reality there is no parking and the street is not allowed for anyone who is not a resident of the place, in reality I spent the night in the car so as not to receive a report. The owner of the house took no responsibility at all.

Perfect location in a beautiful city.

Great location just next to the gate to the Old Town (Citta Alta) and a bus station. Comfortable appartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 saloon and… 3 bathrooms. Quite well equiped with coffe, tea, sugar etc. Maybe a little bit loud as it is next to the street but perfect for a short stay.

- Faptul ca era foarte rece si temperatura nu crestea peste 18,5 grade in pofida existentei termostatului; - sarea des siguranta - se simtea nevoie unor imbunatatiri la nivelul instalatiilor sanitare (vase de toaleta/baterii si robineti)

Nos gusto todo, tres baños, buen salon, cocina y habitaciones amplias. Muy facil el check in, todo perfectamente explicado con video incluido. Una pena haber pasado solo una noche.

Apparentemente bello, ma poco accogliente

Posizione: centrale, comoda per muoversi a piedi. Dimensione complessiva dell'appartamento: spazioso. Accesso: facile.

Pulizia: una delle due camere da letto aveva le lenzuola sporche, sembrava non fossero state cambiate (c'erano pelucchi e macchie, le lenzuola erano spiegazzate). Sempre nella stessa camera c'era una ragnatela di grandi dimensioni che prendeva dalla trave sopra il letto - l'ho tolta io. Sicurezza: il bagno della camera più grande aveva la doccia con una delle pareti scorrevoli non ancorata. Altezza ribassata della seconda camera: circa due metri.

Lokalizacja mieszkania jest bardzo dobra, tuż pod murami historycznej części miasta i blisko przystanku komunikacji miejskiej. I to byłoby na tyle z pozytywów.

Zdjęcia mieszkania zamieszczone na portalu są mocno rozjaśnione. W rzeczywistości mimo otwarcia okiennic mieszkanie sprawia wrażenie ponurego, jest ciemne i nieprzytulne. Czystość i stan wyposażenia pozostawiają wiele do rzeczenia. Słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Dwie z trzech łazienek mają mikroskopijne kabiny prysznicowe. Brak klimatyzacji jest bardzo odczuwalny. W gorący letni czas nie ma możliwości skutecznego schłodzenia wnętrza (mimo wiatraków dostepnych w mieszkaniu), a otwarcie okien nocą skutkuje jej nieprzespaniem, ponieważ cicha w dzień ulica, nocą staje się hałaśliwa ze względu na wubrukowaną nawierzchnię i pędzące po niej samochody. Mieszkanie nie jest warte swej ceny, a wysoka ocena i pozytywne opinie są zupełnie niezrozumiałe i wprowadzają w błąd.

Wspaniały City Break w Bergamo!

Cudowny personel. Cały czas w kontakcie i bardzo wyrozumiały(pomyliliśmy godzinę wymeldowania). Świetna lokalizacja, blisko na piechotę i niedaleko autobus. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, super pokoiki. Świetny klimat.
