We loved the location as it was a short drive from Alton towers , the room itself was lovely and clean as was the house itself. The room was a great size and had a fan in the room which was needed after a hot day , towels and toiletries were provided. The shower was excellent size and water pressure was perfect. A lot of thought has gone into the furnishings and meets every need

The location was exactly where we needed to be Being able to book in early was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the fan was useful as the weather was hot.

There was no breakfast it was room only as the listing stated But Abbey did have tea and very nice biscuits setup for guests. On one of the emails Abbey did give a list of local places to eat the pub was a great choice excellent food & a live band the night we stayed. would definitely stay here again
