Wifi was terrible, breakfast restaurant staff were slow (but friendly), they just need to be more attentive.

Hotel Patio Santiago is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous, contemporary suites emerge from stunning, traditional Mexican architecture. The location of Patio Santiago is simply perfect. Centro, Plaza de Armas, and beyond are all entirely walkable. During our first full day, my son and I walked 11 miles! Every place we visited in beautiful Querétaro was an incredible experience! The Plaza de Armas, Museo de Arte, Alameda Miguel Hidalgo, as well as our walk from Patio Santiago to the marvelous Hacienda La Laborcilla. Our walk along Rio Querétaro and up through Los Fresnos was wonderful! Bretons, Hacienda La Laborcilla, Maria y Su Bici are a few restaurants we enjoyed during my brief visit. I hope to plan a longer stay in Querétaro. Hotel Patio Santiago will certainly be my choice for accommodations. You must see it for yourself. Words alone cannot describe!
There is nothing I did not like! I am currently back in New York missing my accommodations at the beautiful Hotel Patio Santiago!

This is a great hotel. Modern, clean, great staff and very close to everything.

Lovely room, friendly staff. Excellent location. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again!
Breakfast was good, although there was confusion with the server about free breakfast being for both people staying in the king room, and not just one person, and that we had a choice of 2 things on the menu for the free breakfast. Minor, but it would have been nice to get what we supposedly paid for there.

The hotel design is beautiful, right in the city center, liked the facilities incl a huge rooftop terrace, gym, and spa, patio, cafe, bar, etc. super friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and overall facilities
A mini fridge in the room would have been nice for longer stays, Deluxe King rooms are smaller than they look in the photos and there is limited storage space, doors are relatively thin and we could hear people working out in the gym above us or the housekeeping staff outside, wifi could be a bit wonky if you’re using too many devices at a time.
Most rooms are built with the windows facing an inside shaft and you can’t open the blinds without all other rooms around you being able to look into your room which makes the rooms a bit dark and lacking privacy but also helps to keep the rooms more quiet compared to the ones facing the street.
The one thing we would truly suggest to change is that housekeeping staff respects the door signs - even though we had the DND sign out each day and asked at the reception multiple times for the room not to be cleaned, the staff knocked and even entered the room when we were away to make the bed and empty the trash. Not sure if they thought we forgot to take the door sign back inside before we left the room, but I don’t think anyone should enter the room without our permission/reassurance.

Historic building in a better part of town. Clean and very nice staff.
Seems like the rooms don’t have any natural sunlight or good views. Therefore not very pleasurable to stay there… Somewhat dark and the clean and somewhat new… Not terribly charming inside the rooms.

The hotel is very nice, with a very kind staff. The cocktails and the coffee were excellent. Great location!
The only thing we didnt like was it was hard to sleep with doors slamming all hours. Guest room doors do not have quiet closers on them. They need to get this problem solved because this is an excellent hotel.

Super beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Amenities were great! The best bathrobe I've ever used. I appreciated a lot the free water bottles.
The hotel is very well located. Walking distance from the city center. Inspire of being located in a quiet street, it felt very safe and comfortable.
Nothing bad about the hotel. Just that the coffee from the cafeteria was not good. At all. We tried a couple of specialities and none tasted like actual coffee.

Very nice boutique hotel in the city, quiet rooms in inner courtyard. Nice mix of traditional elements and stylish finish. Many restaurants and main square very close to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

The ambiance of the hotel is very nice. Staff is really kind, the food at restaurants very good too. Location is great, walking distance to many places. I really enjoyed the hotel. Lighting at night great too.
Spa will open soon, so did not have the chance to try it.

It’s a great location with a modern rustic vibe.
Parking is a mess! We were told to park a mile away because there was an agreement with the parking lot and it turned out to be false.

This is a great spot. The location is excellent. The facilities are modern and clean. The rooms are excellent.
The staff are absolutely top notch and provided additional support with our lost luggage.
The hotel bar makes amazing cocktails.
The breakfast was special.
We would rate this higher, but unfortunately we had a bad experience with some loud banging noises being made by a person at around 5am which was quite concerning. The issue seemed to go on for a very long time (maybe 20-30 minutes) before it got addressed.

Location, very classical colonial.
Manager lied to us about extending stsy. Threw us out of our room with two hours notice.

The property is beautifully designed. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. There’s A/C! It’s also quiet in the evenings.
The bed was a bit firm for my preference and the functionality of the restroom was more for aesthetics vs practicality. I would’ve loved for a bit more sink space and for the towel rack to be next to the shower. Truthfully, these are minor and anyone can make it work despite these notes.

The location is exceptional. The kindness & professionalism of the staff.
Not easy to unload/load the car in front of the hotel as there is absolutely no spot allocated for that.
