Property was in a good central location for Helensburgh. It was very clean on arrival and kitchen was well equipped. We didn’t hear the neighbours and felt like the flat was quiet. Was nice to have coffee pods , tea, sugar and oil etc. street parking was easy but we know Helensburgh well. We felt it looked bigger in person than photos showed. Comfy big bed, we had a good stay!
Was lacking in some essentials, we were left with half a roll of toilet roll, 1 tea towel, 1 bin bag and no washing up sponge. For the length of our stay would have been nice to have a few more of these things. Minor details!

Lovely, cosy wee flat only 5 mins from the beach. Very well equipped with everything you need. Located in centre of town within walking distance of shops, coffee shops and CR Mackintosh house which is well worth a visit.

Good location and rooms are a good size
Overall clean although some small areas of mould in the shower
When I arrived the key wasn’t working well and took a while to get in. This was explained as being a nes key but should have been checked. The issue persisted
I stayed in December . Thd heating upset low with instructions to only use a 45 mi Ute boost if inadequate. This makes little to no difference as no thd flat settings are set low and for short periods do its very cold at night.
There are hotels available in the town at a similar price that are more comfortable

Location… close to sea front and shops
Expensive for the facility. No ambiance at all. Smells of whacky backy around the front door area , not very nice garden upkeep. Shower area very mouldy towards the shower tray area. My home isn’t like that so don’t expect to have it in somewhere we are paying for . Walks very grubby in shower room. Sorry! I used to be in the trade …. So have standards.
