The Strandvilla, located right on the Warnemünde promenade, was completely renovated in the 1990s. It’s about 50 meters to the beach. The “Strandsicht” vacation rental, featuring a balcony, a magnificent ocean view, and a free parking space—also ideal for seniors—is easily accessible via an elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The cozy, beautifully furnished “Strandsicht” vacation apartment is located on the first floor and is equipped to accommodate 3 people. It features a living room with a sleeper sofa, TV/radio, free Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a balcony, with a total living area of approximately 50 square meters. The built-in kitchen includes a stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. From the living room and the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, stretching from the Stoltera cliffs to the Warnemünde lighthouse. The apartment has tile/marble flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.
A parking space is available free of charge at the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax ( 01.09.2023 ) in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying person, only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered service dog
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, local residents
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
