Just about 100 meters from the wide Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde, the "Samoa," "Sansibar," and "Käthchen" vacation apartments are available at Parkstr. 34, each with its own parking space. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-appointed vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The approximately 45-square-meter vacation apartment features a large bedroom with a reading nook, a flat-screen TV, CD player, and DVD player; a great open-concept kitchen with a dining area and a sofa bed (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.); an exclusive bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an utility room with a washing machine. The apartment is fully tiled, partially equipped with underfloor heating, and is located in the basement. It is designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people. You’ll feel right at home! The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. A private parking space is available free of charge at the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Additional services bookable directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:

Ferienwohnung funktionell eingerichtet. In der Dusche würde ich mir eine Ablage wünschen. Ansonsten eine schöne Fewo.

Wohnung im Keller zu kalt.Ligt an einer Eifallstrasse mit gegenüber liegender Bushaltestelle.Gleich beim öffnen der Tür ein Fliesenschaden am Fusboden.Die Regendusche war nur noch zur Zierde.Fernseher zu tief angebaut.Aber Warnemünde selbst war als Urlaubsort Super
