Comfortable and well equipped flat conveniently situated on the High Street in Peebles.

Another floor or table lamp in the living room would help create a relaxed atmosphere in the evening, as the one that is there is very dim.

The apartment was in an ideal location to explore Peebles.

The flat was situated right on the High Street so all the local amenities were close by. The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a vacation.

We loved everything about the property and wished we could have stayed for longer than two nights.

Location, cleanliness, and supply of coffee, tea, etc I was also able to speak directly to the owner by phone to answer a question.

I really enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment, which was spotless and comfortable. I did,however, need clarification from the owner about working the heating. The only instructions were complex manufacturer's setup diagrams in the guest folder, which I didn't recognise as guest instructions. I didn't fi d the heating controller until the owner visited and pointed it out. A notice is required explaining this and should be on the boiler.

The best rental in Peebles!

Wonderful spot, highly recommend!! The property does not look like much from the street but inside it is spacious and beautiful. The property went above and beyond to get us a steamer for our stay (we had a wedding and the town dry cleaner was closed that day).

Stunning apartment and exceptional in every way - couldn’t have asked for more 😊

Our stay here was absolutely perfect - we could have stayed in this apartment forever! The place is stunning - everything was completely spotless, the views of the mountains from the kitchen window are breathtaking, and the little treats made us feel welcome and at home. It’s also very private and peaceful with your alleyway and entrance into the apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the only regret I have is that I didn’t book to stay here for longer! We’d love to return - thank you so much for our stay 😊

A little gem in a beautiful part of Scotland.

The apartment was bright, fresh and airy. The views onto the high street were great and the dining table was perfectly placed in the lounge/sitting room to sit in the sunshine and watch the world go by. The toilet with extra large shower cubicle was fabulous. Everything you need throughout to make a really comfortable stay.
