Location in town centre and the history of the apartment
Steps down to entrance and steps to bathroom.

Location and warmth
Entrance was unkept - weeds, door dirty, steps slippy. Poor cleanliness - toilets not cleaned and bins not emptied. Downstairs toilet temperamental Skirtings missing, areas not painted. No mention of stone stairs to upstairs bathroom Window filthy inside and out.
