Pleasantly surprised with everything about our stay. We were able to get to the airport quickly and without issue.

We stayed here the night before catching an early morning flight out Asheville airport. Easy to find, close to the airport and several shops / dining options.

Affordable basic stay close to AVL airport

Close to the airport, breakfast included, fairly spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

We were downstairs by 0900 and breakfast was already cleared away -- seriously, 9AM? That seems too early for an airport hotel. The hotel is also close to the airport 'as the crow flies' but surprisingly difficult to reach on foot. I guess this is to be expected in American cities but it's still something to be aware of.

I needed a bed and a good sleep and I got that.

Had to leave too early to experience breakfast. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The room has experienced some upgrades - laminate flooring. It was adequate for my short stay. There was shuttle service to the airport and I was there in enough time to make my flight.

Towels were frayed. Room felt well used and tired. Alarm clock was broken. Furniture felt old/cheap, Easy chair was the desk chair, which was ok, but not great, and at least I was by myself. Shuttle to the airport was only available at 5:15 and my flight was at 6:25, just a little tight for comfort as it was also 5 min late and so there was no extra time at the airport.

Basic breakfast, a lot of sweet items not the best for diabetics.

The shuttle bus stops running at midnight but with a flight arriving at 23:50 it is impossible to catch despite other users saying the shuttle was available after midnight. I asked the property if the shuttle could be made available for our arrival I was told no.

TV did not work and wifi was so slow that could not watch / stream on iPad. Floor was so dirty that you slid on it. Could not wear sock or barefoot in room.

Close to airport.

Hair all over in bathroom. Site is dated, needs a good update. Drafty room location. Very little selection for breakfast, if you didn't like waffles or frozen muffins you didn't get breakfast. Only creamer was flavored, needed just plain creamer/half&half. Shower soap needs to be in shower with shampoo/conditioner not out by sink.

Scary, not a good place for children

Friendly, professional staff. Offered breakfast. Located across from airport.

Encountered several people who were drunk and/or on drugs on the way to the room. Stepped over beer cans going up the steps to the room. Lots of people wandering around the door to my room so I have the keys back and did not stay.

Adequate airport hotel

Breakfast with waffles, biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, coffee much of the day. Shuttle service is shared with other hotels, but the drivers were willing and helpful.

Not enough electrical outlets, in this electronic age. This is an older property, probably on its second or third renovation, but certainly adequate.

Overall the room and the stay was as expected and the price was reasonable.

The location was as expected - right near the airport was what I needed as I had an early flight. The two staff people I interacted with were helpful, especially the person in the morning. He allowed me to get some breakfast items even though breakfast was not officially open that early. My room was quiet and comfy.

The room had a clock radio that had an alarm setting. It was flashing when I came in so I set the time. But apparently someone had set the alarm for midnight or maybe it was a default setting. I had just fallen asleep and then the alarm went off, the radio came on and I couldn't find the off switch! And after that I could not fall asleep again for hours. So maybe there should be a sign on it? Also the written channel guide did not match the channels on the tv so I had to just keep scrolling to find shows. I gave up after awhile.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Jorge helped us get checked in and since the locations laundry room was not in service, he called a sister hotel for us and we were able to go over there to do it. On our check out day, we were greeted by a warm, smiling face and I believe her name was Janelle(?). She also called the shuttle service for us as we were heading to the airport, super sweet lady. If we ever visit the area again, we'll likely stay here thanks to those two lovelies.

The parking spaces were a bit small but since they weren't busy it wasn't a huge problem.

A home from home!!

The hotel and room was comfortable, the swimming pool was situated outside the rooms. The managers went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and arranged a shuttle driver to take me to the airport.. All of the staff did absolutely exemplary work..

I liked everything the hotel had to offer. There's a saying, if it's not broken, don't try to fix it 😉
