I loved the location and the price. I only stayed for one night and what I paid was perfect

I didn’t like that the coffee pot was in the bathroom. That was kinda un sanitary to me. My room was also missing the tv remote but I was able to go to the front desk and they got me a new one

I disappointing stay with cleanliness issues, rude staff and no follow up

Terrible experience. We found roaches in two side-by-side rooms. After seeing the first two roaches, we called the front desk. We were moved to the adjoining room, but shortly after, another roach ran out from behind the mirror. I took photos of that as well and went to the front desk to show them because the phone in that room would not work. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and implied that if they didn’t find anything, we might be charged. At that point, I showed her the photos, which were clearly taken in their hotel rooms. Since it was late, we were moved again—this time to a room on the first floor. We checked out early to catch our flight and were told someone would follow up with us. That never happened. A few weeks later, after the holidays, I called and left a message for the manager, but still never received a call back. Very unprofessional. I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of response, empathy, and the accusatory attitude were unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Excellent breakfast items, with ample seating. Pleasant seating area. Well staffed. The room was well equipped with microwave and fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The bath could use upgraded fixtures, but everything worked properly.

I have spent alot of time at this hotel over the past several years, one time staying for a few weeks. It has declined over the past few years. They need to update and clean it up a little more. I know a lot of workers started staying there after Hurricane Helene during the clean up process but now the hotel needs to be cleaned up to the standard that it was before.

Staff was pleasant and kind. Location is very convenient. I was 2nd floor so it was pretty quiet. I enjoyed the options for breakfast as well.

The room wasn't cleaned well. The floor was not mopped, (sticky and visibly dirty), and not vacumed- that or the vacuum needs replacement, (there was food - blueberries, seeds, and a coffee stirrer obviously in the middle of the floor). Then the surfaces were not wiped down Looked like someone spilled by the microwave, some crusty stuff going down the drawers. And on the chair. I cleaned some, and put a towel on the chair before sitting. Also the internet didn't work at all. I told the front desk, so I think they were looking into that.

Worth considering again!

Breakfast was very good with a good selection. The bed and bedding were comfortable. It was lovely to sit outside by the (closed) pool.

There was spilled coffee on the coffee bar counter, trash can and floor, which did not get cleaned up the entire time we were eating breakfast. They did start on it when we were leaving.

Breakfast Lovers Dream!

Very well kept inside, the room was clean, smelled clean, the shower was nice, and breakfast was AWESOME!! Real eggs, not from a box! They had tortillas, pico de gallo, & multiple hot sauces to choose from! Sausage links, biscuits & gravy, multiple choices of bread & bagels, yogurt, & more. The best breakfast I've seen at a hotel, period. Will definitely be staying here again!!

The bathroom toilet seat was loose and the flush handle was loose . The door handle to bathroom was loose. Main door you had to push hard to close and open. The hotel was dates with a cheap refresh. Beds were a little worn

Have stayed at this location multiple time, but not sure we will go back due to cleanliness of the rooms.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast area was extremely well kept and stocked with higher than normal food and beverage choices. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were also a great bonus.

While the renovation construction was not an issue the cleanliness of the rooms was problematic. Visually apparent dirt and dust were evident throughout the room and the floor was wet and sticky next to the heat/cooling unit. We requested to move rooms and the staff were accommodating. The 2nd room was somewhat cleaner but still lacked overall cleanliness.

We arrived late and tired. The building is large and spread out. We were given a room very, very far from the front door. My husband and I are seniors, with breathing difficulties. I wish they would look at the age of guests when assigning rooms. We barely made it back to the restaurant before the kitchen closed.

In my room the carpet wasn't vacuum cleaned not even picked up. I found two different pieces of wire, one foot long red wire and a 4 inch black wire & a bottle cap. Bathtub wasn't clean, bathroom floor was not clean. I killed two bugs in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't very good either. Only one elevator on property.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful

Dirty, from the front, to the halls, to our room. Stains every step of the way on the carpet. Old food and stickers lying in our room floor. Looked like Luke running down the wall and into the carpet - just wiped up and red stain left behind. Soap residue on soap holder in shower. Weighted sheet/blanket was yellow and smelt of sweat. The hard floor had not been mopped in probably months. The corners of the rooms had dirt and grime stuck in them. Sheets stained and had multiple hairs all over them. Tables hadn’t been wiped clean. Just so disgusting and disappointing. If you are a spiritual person: it gave off bad energy and I literally had bad dreams while there. I never dream. I hated to leave a bad review but I don’t want another family falling into what we did. We were slim on money and used our card so there was no leaving and finding another place. (Refunds can take 2-5 days).

I liked being on Airport Road and being close to restaurants and the airport.

Bathrooms tend to be in need of some TLC - drains in sink and shower need attention. Also the pull knob on the spout to get water to the shower head only diverts some of the water. Not the first time less than expected sink/shower stuff.
