It was a good location for us as it was close to our new home.

It’s a bit dated. Woodwork in bathroom held together by paint. Heating:cooling north best. Cold air coming through bottom of unit.

Elderly female attendant & female waitress were awesome. Guy with the phone was not (& just rude)

Original room reeked of cologne & wasn’t clean. Attendant went with me & smelled it too (originally he did not believe me). He offered me another room but would not allow me to have both keys so I could make two trips (I had unloaded in two trips); so I had to juggle everything in one trip (btw I am a disabled veteran). He then told me I would have to change rooms during my stay (I was at a conference that week). He also stayed on the phone the whole time & was on speaker phone. The morning lady the next day said that was ridiculous & said stay in the same room. One morning at breakfast the TV was off (he was again on the phone the whole time with the volume up). He was either playing a game or watching a video with screaming & violent sounds. The whole dining area turned & looked at the noise. He also stayed on the phone during checkout.

Friendly staff, Nice facilities. Good Breakfast. Comfortable beds. I stayed three nights, and the room was cleaned and made up each day. Even though it was by the airport, plane noise was not noticeable.

The floor was vinyl thus the room was a bit "echoy"

Extremely neat and clean. Easy to find, plenty of parking.

Our room had several ridiculous problems. None of them ruined the stay, but were mentioned to the front desk. I don't know why they weren't already fixed. 1. Bathroom door doesn't close, can't even push or force it. 2. Closet door doesn't close. 3. Grab bar in tub is not firmly installed, and the covering hardware is just hanging, is not installed properly. 4. The toilet seat is not the correct size for the toilet, about 1 1/2" too short. While seated, one edge keeps dropping inside the bowl. Very unsatisfactory. 5. The is an attractive armchair with a reading lamp in the corner of the room. The lamp didn't work because it was not plugged in. And there was no outlet anywhere that could be used without moving the lamp and chair to the other side of the window. An extension cord should have been in place.

Dated hotel in need of updates but clean with wonderful staff

It was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff were so helpful and kind. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Everyone made our stay pleasant.

There were improvements that could be made to the property to make this hotel so much better. For example, there was no fan in the bathroom and the door to our bathroom was difficult to close. The beds were uncomfortable. They were fine for a short stay but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night or two.

When we arrived after a 12-hour drive I was greeted by an unsmiling receptionist. A smile costs absolutely nothing and lifts the spirits. The parking lot should be cleared of trash early every morning

Staff was friendly

Folks staying across from us were loud going in and out of the room at 1:00-2:00am. Maybe had 4 hrs sleep that night. Hotel needs updated and bathroom was not clean.

This place really was much more than I expected. The room was super clean and recently remodeled with comfortable bed and upscale bedding, double sheeted. Everything from faucets to flooring was top shelf. Management went the extra mile to make sure the pool was ready for our visit. Very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing I did not like. All above expectations.
