The place was very clean and quiet, welcoming atmosphere and felt very calming. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and made check in and check out quick and easy. The rooms were clean and smelt fresh, and the water pressure was absolutely amazing!

The staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast was good but the same thing every day. The suite was as advertised and fine for our needs.

The hallway walls very scuffed up. The fold out couch mattress was paper thin and very uncomfortable. Only 1 light in sitting area. Need more lighting.

I liked the easy parking

I typically like Marriotts because they usually maintain the same standard as far as quality customer service and clean rooms. The room was worn down. The wall paper was stained, bubbled, and peeling. There was a stain from a liquid spill on the side of my nightstand and the room didn’t smell good when I arrived. It smelled like a locker room.

Adequate for a short stay.

Breakfast was fair, room had some maintenance issues. Shower door needed repair so they movied us to a different room. Entry doors to both rooms were squeaking a lot which is very annoying for us and neighboring guests.

We will definitely stay here again when we fly in & out of the Ashville airport.

We booked & checked in late in the night (after 10pm). Staff at the front desk was very nice. Room was nice; very clean & updated. LOVED that check out time was 12noon so that we were not rushed to get out of the hotel and have to sit at the airport all day waiting for our late afternoon flight. About a mile and less than a 5-minute drive to the airport.

Overall atmosphere of the hotel did not provide a comfortable feeling. People in room next to us were loud with their TV and conversation even after 1am in morning. Breakfast was ok.

Not getting what I had reserved was very frustrating.

Convenient location.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds for 5 days. When I checked in they said that they had “upgraded” us to a king suite. I told them no thank you because we needed the two beds I had reserved. They said that they did not have anymore queen rooms and that all they could offer was a king room with a pullout sofa. We took it because we didn’t really have other options and we had already paid through Booking. I wouldn’t recommend taking a sofa bed in place of a regular bed. The pullout mattress had a stain on it and it was so thin and wore out you basically had to sleep on springs and a metal frame.

Great place to stay when in the Asheville area

Very clean room and comfortable bed. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and loved having coffee available at all times.

The only thing I didn't like was the design of the bathroom door. It was a large door on a track that slid across, kind of like a barn door. It left a good sized space between the door and wall when covering the bathroom opening, so it did not feel private when in the bathroom, and there was no way to lock it. Not a big issue for me since I was with my husband, but if you're with a friend, sibling, or have kids with you, it is probably not the ideal door for bathroom privacy.

Bad deal on checking and extra fees added with out notice

I received my bill for 109.63. For one night stay. When I look at my bank charge they took 130.00. I called and was told it's an accidental fee in case we add anything to my room ? I said but I didn't and my recipe shows I didn't when u ran my card. They said it's a gold n will be refunded in 5 business days? They also said I was told at check in..which I wasn't. Then I said u took in one day I want it bavk now and they hung up on me. Date of call is 9/21/23. Time 8:15pm. Beware .. plus I'm seeking upper management on this practice and being hung up on .

The breakfast was awesome compared to other hotels. We really appreciated the bacon every morning. The location was a bit weird being right next to a house.

The hotels were very warm and you couldn’t feel any air while your inside. The hallways had marks down every wall.
