For the right price, sure.

It was just an okay hotel. The breakfast was probably the best part, although there were a ton of people so it was difficult to find a seat. Room was as expected. Probably a really great hotel if you are going to the airport.

Parking was a nightmare, especially after 5pm. Being so close to the airport, I have a feeling they were letting some people park there who were not actually staying there. Eating space was small, so it was difficult finding a place to sit during peak hours.

Stay away not returning

Was charged more the dates had to be chaged it took 2 hours to check in afterwards and then charge an additional 50 more. Something brown in tube looked like poo...... no shower curtain.

details in the room need attention, replace used items, tea bags, lotion, etc. clean the bedside lamp base refrigerator went on and off. I called for help with the fridge but no one answered or I was put on hold. Nor enough night time staff.

Not a good stay

It is conveniently located. The shower was very good.

Had to go to the front desk 3 times to reset key cards to work again. The breakfast was subpar. The egg omelets were ice cold. The fitness room had a water tank, but no water in it. The room’s dead bolt lock would not retract when closing the door to leave the room.

The hotel has always been fine but I feel the customer service has dropped in the last few years.

I love the location and always stay there because of that. My flights are often too early to use the rest of the services offered in the morning. I do like that they offer a shuttle to the airport but this last visit the woman at the front desk said it would not be available. She refused to call the shuttle company or driver and ask if it would even be possible.

The front desk person could have been much more helpful. I had to pay for my own shuttle to the airport because she refused to call the shuttle company. She had no other suggestions to help me get to the airport in time and was curt in her behaviour.

The location to the airport was walking distance. I had a 6:00 am flight and could walk 5 minutes to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.

Wanted milk at night and didn't sell in little store. Asked if they would let us get milk from breakfast case. We told them we would pay for some...no wouldn't let us get any. Pretty disappointed with that

The safety and convenience to the air port

The bed was extremely firm. I was disgusted that they had pump bottles for shampoo/conditioner... Body wash in the handy cap room. I don't think that is sanitary at all to continue to use the same shampoo that someone else could contaminate. Especially in the world we live in where not everyone makes good decisions.

I was comfortable with my stay and most likely to stay in this hotel again.

I like how comfortable the bed and pillows were. There were decent varieties of food served for breakfast to choose from. The location was great.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom is one of the things I check. There were some hair in the shower area and some around the toilet bowl. The shampoo was not refilled.

Easy walk to the Asheville airport (good because the hotel shuttle didn't show)

Fine for one night to get to the airport for an early flight.

Upon arrival, we asked the desk attendant about the airport shuttle and scheduled it for around 5:45 AM as did the guests who were in line behind us. It was very clear as to when we needed the shuttle. When we went downstairs to meet the shuttle the next morning several other guests showed up as well. After waiting and waiting, then realizing the shuttle was not going to show, we asked the desk attendant (a different one than upon check in) and was told it wouldn't be arriving for another half hour. All eight or night of us then hoofed it out the door and over to the airport on foot. Fortunately, it was not raining, but this was a disappointment as we'd specifically booked this hotel for its proximity and shuttle service. At least we got one out of the two, and it was the most important (walking distance to the airport).
