When I walked through the front door the musty, mildew smell hit me like a brick. I almost turned around and walked right back out. My room smelled also but not as badly as the lobby. The exhaust vent in the bathroom room was not working. The ventilation in the building was not in good working condition. The place felt so unclean. I almost slipped and fell on the wet floor because the wet floor sign was not properly placed. I tried to get into the pool area but the swipe would not work. I went to the reception desk. I was told that I had to try it a few times. The next morning I tried the door at least 10 times. It would not open. I went again to the desk. I was told that maybe I was was putting the card next to something that was demagnatizing it. However, the same card worked on the door to my room. So there was nothing wrong with the card. There was something wrong with the door to the pool. I also could not get back into the hotel from the patio. That swipe did not work there either. I had to walk back around to the front of the hotel. Those are examples of the general poor condition of this facility. Staff seemed totally unconcerned. That place should have been renovated at least ten years ago. I was only there because my flight was canceled.

Breakfast was good but basic. Swimming pool was nice and warm.

Don’t stay on the hwy side of the hotel. I could not not sleep with the road noise all night and had to change rooms! Bath drain did not hold the water. Substandard little things like door mats that should be in the trash and not the entry way.

The gentleman that cleaned the rooms was an OCD cleaner everthing was perfect. No duct no dirt everything was perfect.

Hot tub had way to much chlorine in it you could not stay in no longer than 5 minutes burnt eyes. Also they say parking on property but spot are reserve for long term. We were told to park in a medical office across the way. Taking a change on being towed are car being broke into. Took forever to get lady in front office out to check in.

The staff are amazing and the bed is comfortable. Free Airport shuttle and it is closer to the aiport for travellers .

It was just an okay hotel. The breakfast was probably the best part, although there were a ton of people so it was difficult to find a seat. Room was as expected. Probably a really great hotel if you are going to the airport.

Parking was a nightmare, especially after 5pm. Being so close to the airport, I have a feeling they were letting some people park there who were not actually staying there. Eating space was small, so it was difficult finding a place to sit during peak hours.

Was charged more the dates had to be chaged it took 2 hours to check in afterwards and then charge an additional 50 more. Something brown in tube looked like poo...... no shower curtain.

details in the room need attention, replace used items, tea bags, lotion, etc. clean the bedside lamp base refrigerator went on and off. I called for help with the fridge but no one answered or I was put on hold. Nor enough night time staff.

Front desk who checked me in (late evening) told me breakfast was till 11 but she was wrong, as I learned when I went down to eat at 10:40 on my first morning. Second day, it was good.

The breakfast was good. It would be nice to offer hot chocolate for the kids.

It is conveniently located. The shower was very good.

Had to go to the front desk 3 times to reset key cards to work again. The breakfast was subpar. The egg omelets were ice cold. The fitness room had a water tank, but no water in it. The room’s dead bolt lock would not retract when closing the door to leave the room.

I love the location and always stay there because of that. My flights are often too early to use the rest of the services offered in the morning. I do like that they offer a shuttle to the airport but this last visit the woman at the front desk said it would not be available. She refused to call the shuttle company or driver and ask if it would even be possible.

The front desk person could have been much more helpful. I had to pay for my own shuttle to the airport because she refused to call the shuttle company. She had no other suggestions to help me get to the airport in time and was curt in her behaviour.

The location to the airport was walking distance. I had a 6:00 am flight and could walk 5 minutes to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable.
