Appartamento centralissimo, super comodo per una coppia! Tutto perfetto, pulito e arredato con grande gusto. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti sotto tutti i punti di vista. Comodo il ferro da stiro sia tradizionale che quello verticale. 10/10 super meritato

Spacious. Central location. Close to public transit. Comfortable firm bed. Generally clean. Washer with drying rack. Aesthetically pleasing.
Broken elevator. Unit on 6th floor. Might be hard for some with more luggage or health conditions. Stairwell did not always light up right away and can be quite dark when it is night out. Neighbour accidentally locked my husband out by leaving their key in the door. Looks like leaking shower is an ongoing issue. Pool of water forms in front of the toilet. It is a $5, 5 minute fix my husband says. I hope they fix it and if the elevator issue gets addressed the place would be great.

Poco más que añadir a otros comentarios. Limpio, reformado con gusto y detalles funcionales y decorativos, cómodo, ubicación inmejorable, silencioso respecto a la calle, vistas despejadas de los tejados… Todo perfecto. El agua de la ducha se sale. El ascensor da un poco de miedito. No lo pongo como negativo, porque en suma este apartamento es de 10. Nos resultó excelente.
