Lieliska atrašanās vieta. Tuvu metro un cits sabiedriskais transports, Blakus bulvāris kājām gājējiem un viegli pastaigājoties var nokļūt līdz centram.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Man ist direkt in einem sehr entspannten Viertel mit vielen Cafés und auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Allee mit den vielen Restaurant entfernt. Die U-Bahn und Straßenbahnstationen sind auch nicht weit weg. Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, aber hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Bett ist ziemlich groß und gemütlich und auf dem Balkon gibt es auch einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen.
Der Wäscheständer könnte größer sein, der ist für eine Wäsche zu klein. Aus dem Abfluss im Bad hat es ein wenig schlecht gerochen. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein und die Dusche hängt einfach mitten im Raum.

- The host is responsive/proactive/helpful (when I said since we were not able to check in earlier, we would find a lock and deposit our luggage, the host provided luggage deposit info right away)
- Easy self-checkin
Generally nothing.
But we hope there were more hand soap (it’s barely left when we were there) If it’s refilled, as a guest, we would feel even better. Also even though there’s detergent bottle in the closet, it’s empty. Not sure if it’s not replaced, or they don’t mean to provide.
Anyway, overall is good!

Top Lage
Kein Insektenschutz, Ausstattung veraltet bzw nicht unbedingt gepflegt, keine Handseife vorhanden, Badezimmer leider nicht sorgfältig geputzt worden usw. Daher scheint der Preis leider übertrieben dafür gewesen zu sein.
