Glad we only stayed 3 days. Breakfast 8.30-9.00am much too early and short. Food cold or overcooked.

Tired needs renovation and upgrade.

En-suite much too small just about fitted in there. Sink in room next to bed not in en-suite.

Also Hunter was superb looking after my room . My room was very clean Hunter was always on call if I needed help. Location was superb 15 minutes away from seafront and. 5 minutes walk from local shops. The area around has local Chinese and fish chips take aways.

Best Guesthouse in Torquay

I stayed here for the weekend of the electric bay festival and immediately felt at home, Chris was so nice and was always there when I needed something. The atmosphere was very calm and welcoming, I would always book again. Vanessas breakfast was definitely a highlight, overall I highly recommend staying here.

The owners were lovely. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfast the next day, which was included, was very welcome and delicious. Especially after dancing at a festival the night before. The location is excellent. Literally a few minutes walk from all the action, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Easy parking as well.

Not a lot really. This is not high end accommodation, but it isn't low end either. It's clean and value for money.

We had a great time in Torquay and the accommodation was brilliant.

Ashfield was warm and welcoming. The room was great and a good breakfast to start the day. Everything is within walking distance which made for a great break from home.

Parking wasn't a problem for us but it could be during the busy season.

Staff were excellent, very polite, helpful and efficient. Breakfasts were very good, well cooked, good choice of cereals. Plenty of tea. Room was very good, had all the facilities I required. Location was excellent, well within walking distance of the seafront, town centre, Railway Station and local bus services. On site car parking was an excellent bonus.

I had no dislikes.
