    I couldn’t fault the hotel rooms… nice and big and bed was comfortable. Tv was big and worked…. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great right by the sea and hotel rooftop bar u can see over the bay!… Thinking of what could be approved not much really but I’d say the quilt on bed was too heavy and needed to be a summer one or a choice… and carpark at £15 a night is expensive… But would I return to hotel and doesn’t take long to think about it and would defo come back again.

    The car park is a bit of a rip off ( double the price of other similar hotels). No prices posted in the car park. No way ( that was obvious) to turn on overbef lights. The water pressure was quite poor and water temperature was not as hot as I think it should be. The bathroom sink was so small it was almost impossible to get a handful of water to rinse your face. Breakfast was good with a wide choice.

    We had issues every day of our stay, all dealt with a false smile ,glib reply. Fourth floor guest lounge was CLOSED to guests !!! we were asked to leave the area, weather cold wet and windy, no choice had to sit in our room. Hotel requires an experienced manager.
