The location was great. Close to lots of options.
Had to walk somewhere else to pick up the keys. Couldn't check in early. Power went out and thankfully a neighbor came in and helped to reset. Hot water heater went out and thankfully my husband was able to reset to have a hot shooter, next day. Power went out a second time and i was able to reset thanks to learning from neighbor previous day. Stovetop was ridiculous with no instructions on how to use. The flooring theory was pretty but not well installed. Lots of dips and bubbles in flooring. Only one spoon and fork to use in the apt.

1. The location is perfect - walking distance to city center and ~240m to a metro station. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
2. Facilities for living were very sufficient.
3. Internet was perfect.
4. The apartment layout made it very airy, which is vital for summer days, although air conditioners were also very efficient.
The soundproofing was not ideal, luckily it is not beside a main street.
The floor needs some maintainance, due to one piece warped.

حقيقة الشقة عملية ونظيفة ومرتبة رغم صغر حجمه وان كانت ثلاث غرف في مبنى قديم الشقة عملية ليست لرفاهية الموقع نوعاً ما جيد يوجد سوبرماركت قريبة هادئه شوارعها نسبة الامان بعد الله جيده الموظفين متجاوبين ولا يوجد تواصل معهم إلا عن طريق البويكنق الخروج الساعة 11 وحقيقة الموظفين متعاونيين
صغر حجمه عدم وجود شطافات انقطاع الكهرباء بشكل مستمر حيث انك لا يمكن ان تستخدم جميع الاجهزة في وقت واحد طريقة استلام المفتاح معقدة وموقع الاستلام بعيد عن الشقة والذي لا يعرف حيث أسلوب لديهم قد يعاني في الاستلام كذلك عانيت في تسليم المفتاح الشقة لخطأ في رموز الحماية وتأخر بي الوقت كما ان التواصل مع ادارة الشقة فيها نوع من المشقة

Good space, Aircon in each bedroom and living room/kitchen.
Washing machine, hairdryer, plenty of shampoo and shower gel bottles.
You can tell when this place was decorated it had looked really nice.
Great location.
You're given one key and they want to charge 20€ for a second one which feels scandalous.
The apartment is tired, the showers need grouting and you can only shower one at a time due to the lack of water pressure.
Everything is just a little bit old, worn, marked or bent.
