Great Home from home

This is the second time we have stayed here. Great place. Perfect home from home. Would highly recommend.

Don’t choose this place. The area is run down

Nothing

It was dirty, back yard full of rubbish. Cannabis was smoked within the property. Owner knew of issues and did nothing. Walls of bathroom were mouldy, nowhere to store suitcases except lounge, nowhere to dry washing except in lounge. When we reported it to Booking.com with photos we received a partial refund. We had to wash cutlery and crockery before using. Oven, griller, microwave were all dirty. We never cooked there. Owner offered us to leave but did not guarantee when we would receive our refund. We were unable to rent other property before receiving refund. The photos in the listing are misleading.

Decent place. Helpful host

Parking was great.There was no fan, I contacted the owner and we arranged for him to buy one on line and we picked it up locally.Great communication.All washing facilities were there.Good washing machine. Good size fridge and freezer.TV was good, got Netflix,Prime, Disney. Not far from a lovely park.

Cooker is very old.Furniture in living room wasn't comfortable. Bed wasn't comfortable.Not much power to shower. The people upstairs were noisy,you could hear every word and footsteps.

Disgraceful

Very hard to think of anything we liked.

Filthy, especially the oven and baking trays. Very difficult to cook as the oven shelves kept falling down. We gave up using the filthy oven. Infestation of flies during the whole of our stay; probably due to how dirty it was. Owner was useless; responses to problems very slow and didn't even bother to try and resolve issues. Overall, flat needs decorating; its old, worn and run down. Doesn't reflect the photos advertised. Neighbours above shouting in the night. Rough feel to the area. Never again will we stay there.

Cheap and almost cheerful accommodation

Cheap price with clear and accurate check in details. Free off street parking. Decent WiFi.

Living room smells of urine - potentially the rug or sofa bed. Signs of animals staying in there with bits of dog chew found in rug. Upstairs neighbours extremely loud until early hours 2 nights out of 3

Left one day earlier and booked myself at a hotel

Rubbish at the wntrance of the property, sewage smell at times very strong, bedside cabinet door hanging out, no wardrobe, picnic chairs and table in the lounge with very dirty cushions, plastic plants, dirty oven.

Unfortunately there was an issue with property when we were there in the kitchen area, so we had to leave asap. . I had to phone booking.com to sort it out. Would never go back.

I had a great stay.

Location - quiet street but close to town centre, theatre, leisure centre, swimming pool, football stadium and train stations It lived up to its name and felt very cosy.

I was a shame that there was no terrestrial TV available.

Two night stay

Fairly good location. As I was with my daughter was good to have two beds available. Reasonably close to a train station to get into Liverpool.

In the entrance hall to flat it smells terribly of wet dogs. Flat did smell a little damp outside the bathroom. Dog next door barked from 1 till 4 a.m. on Saturday which kept us awake.

Close to 4 train stations and a bus station - and the local shops with a nearby high street

Lack of a wifi but that was down more to Virgin Media general fault in the area

We enjoyed our time, location to public transport excellent. We loved Shopping at Addams.

Location was excellent for what we needed Off street parking was great. Apartment was clean with good chattels
