Kane's Place is just amazing.

The house is a gorgeous place, can not fault it at all. Kane was amazing keeping in touch every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond to provide a warm welcoming atmosphere, a lovely place to stay and I will definitely be staying again really soon. Just one thing though, I don't know how anyone would not give kane and the property the highest marks as I could not fault anything to do with my stay. As I've said it's an amazing place and there is good links to various places for those that drive as well as good bus routes all over Wirral. I have stayed at quite a few places but none even come close to how great Kane's place is. If I could score higher I would most certainly of done so.

OVERALL,AMAZING STAY!

Everything is so clean and the ambiance is like staying in your own house with all the things you need, provided for you. That makes it very convenient for me as I didn't have to worry about anything I need. It is also close to convenient stores/ grocery shops so you'd never go hungry. It is well located. It has got a washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. The kitchen is phenomenal. Kane is also very accommodating and very responsive to all my queries and concerns. Many thanks Kane! You are a star host ✨️ 💖

The whole house was clean and tidy. Convenient for buses to Liverpool. I was attending a family funeral and it was convenient for that. Kitchen was well stocked, set up and organized by room. Kane was most welcoming and helpful.

This was my first time in the UK and Kane's Place was an excellent choice.

The Host was very friendly and accommodating. My friend had an emergency mishap on the morning we were to check out which meant we might not be out of our rooms on schedule and she might even need to go to the hospital. Kane was very understanding and helpful in a stressful situation. Her injury did not end up needing medical care, but it was very reassuring to have a compassionate host since my friend and I are from foreign countries.

There are only 3 parking spaces for the property, however, there is parking available near by on the street. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept and I was comfortable with this arrangement. I had no problem finding a space close to the property.

Comfortable short stay, will definitely stay again due to location and a great Host.

Property was very clean and modern, many facilities within for your use. Shared bathrooms very clean modern, with a very secure lock on door. Parking on property, but if full no problem just park on street there were no restrictions. Host was easy to contact and close by if needed, was very helpful and friendly. Location was great, a short walk to bus stop and a bus ride to Liverpool city centre. Plenty of local places to eat, shop etc within a 15-20 min walk.

Only 1 thing I would suggest is that rooms need Mirrors. Did not want to take up to much time in bathroom using mirror.

Impeccable!

Impeccably maintained and available at late notice, this place was a lifesaver after I booked a terrible place and had to change. So glad I found Kane's Place. Lovely landlord/host, simple access, great facilities.

Everything was immaculately clean and organised. Just stopped over for one night and it was everything I needed. The communal kitchen was very clean and organised, obviously a lot of thought was put into the layout and organisation which is great!

The Property was clean and well kept. Everything seemed new

The room is in a converted house and the front door is left open all night. The kitchen is also left open and has knives and things in there. It’s a little unnerving knowing anyone can just walk in during the night. Bed wasn’t comfy really.

Comfortable bed. Very clean throughout apart from shared bathroom which wasnt owner fault. Good communication with owner . Good Parking outside home for our van. Nice area not rough. Handy for Stenaline ferry.

Shared bathroom. Toilet and shower was dirty on arrival due to other guests using first which would be the case as shared with 5 other rooms. Bath was spotless but unfortunately too high for me to use. Would have paid more for ensuite.

Absolutely spotless, room was so well maintained. Staff excel in every aspect you could ask for. The bed was so comfortable and snug. Strongly recommended to anyone.

Great property, nice room and fantastic value for money

This is a really nice house that has evidently recently been refurbished and feels brand new. The room is like home away from home; there are zero defects, or any blemishes to be seen; it still has that "new smell"!. The shared kitchen is exquisite, and a nice touch providing cupboards for each room, and a fridge; they provide kitchen cutlery and plates. There is a nice garden you can use should you wish. Shared bathroom (although another room said they had en-suite); again very clean and tidy. Parking for a couple of cars; I was late so these were taken, but plenty of parking on the street. Message sent with clear instructions on the morning of the stay. Shops and takeaways within walking distance It is very impressive, even more so considering the price paid; the value for money is excellent

My only real complaint if the bed was VERY firm; one of the firmest beds I have ever slept in, and unfortunately didn't have a great night of sleep because of this. And a small niggle, not really a complaint; whilst the room is very nice, there is a lack of items on the walls making it feel a tad bland, even though it is clean and tidy.
