The location

The rooms were small and all in the 2nd floor. The staff was rude and there were no elevators to help get luggage to rooms. The room did not have a refrigerator.

Location is great! However the style of the hotel is a bit sad. For a simple sleep in it is great, but you expect something nice or special it is not a place.

Perfect location, friendly staff

Location, Location, Location! Couldn't have been in a better spot to walk to all of the nearby sites. Right next door to the Mercado 20 de Noviembre and close walking distance to Socalo and Santo Domingo Church.

Hardly any outlets in the room - definitely recommend bringing an extension cord and extra battery.

Well if they fix the noise issue it can match the value for money. But like this things are old.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The location also is near to the market and the main square.The night guy was able to give me an other room in the morning but i woke up at 6am after not being able to sleep straight all night.

Too much noise everywhere. From the street you could hear noise any time night time music and cars passing. Day time buses which stay there forever making terrible noise more cars. Also like machinery noise. Specially in the rooms with balcony which face the street.

Well i moved room The previous day due to noise in the first room. Moved all my self and was just trying to be quite.

It was better then the first night, but the rooms ate quite old, not many facilities. I think the price i laid with taxes is too much for what is offered. Should be cheaper.

Pleasant

It is a very good location just in the edge of the Centro area. Room was quite big and comes with a flatscreen tv and a fridge and a microwave, WiFi was good enough to stream Netflix in HD. Staff were very friendly. Room has a balcony too. Best thing about this property was it was the only one I could find that wasn’t miles away from Centro that was cheap. All other cheap hotels were like 20 minute drive away

The road outside is very loud if you have a balcony room but not much can be done about that. The water pressure in the sink tap was almost non existent but the shower was fine. The toilet didn’t flush but the staff fixed it when we asked and they had to get a new part which they did

There was only one outlet. You have to choose between plugging in the microwave or the tv cable. There is no AC. The bathroom is really small with no vent.

Nothing like the pictures

I enjoyed that it was clean and that its walking distance to many places.

I didn't like that the rooms have no air conditioner and it was hot! it's in a busy street and there's lots of noise, It was hard to find because if doesn't look nothing like the pictures the entrance was a small door which doesn't look like a hotel.

OK, no VAT invoice and No lock in the room

OK, No VAT invoice and No Locks in rooms. it was well located BUT few discomforting things, we told the hotel via booking that we were going to get around 10 am, so to avoid any sort of issues we payed the previous night, in that way we could get as early as posible and when we showed up we had to wait. other than that is close to downtown and the place is clean.

TAX, as a Mexican I have to use a VAT invoice, in Mexico is called Factura, we were todo by the staff that the host told them this was something it was directly with Booking, which I know is not true since my card was already charged, I am not the kind of person that argues but rather just give a honest review. NO locks in the rooms, they gave us a key but the lock on the door knob was not working, we don’t have anything valuable to leave at the room but I am sure other people travel with valuable things.

Location is great and super safe to walk around at any time of the day. People at the hotel are very nice and sweet and helpful.

Good value

Great value for money. We really enjoyed the balcony (great for people watching), and was great to have a coffee machine and fridge - such a game changer for us. Lots of space in the room. Bed was comfortable (although was a tiny double). Staff were friendly and eager to help (no English but that was ok). Location was good - mini mart across the road and lots of local street food nearby, 10 minute walk into the centre.

The bathroom could do with an update: the sink tap produced barely more than a dribble. The toilet was also basically in the shower so was soaked after every shower. The drain was a death-trap hole in the ground, lol... It was pretty noisy from the traffic outside (although we had the wind machine on at night which muffled the sound a bit....also kept us cool!). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

La ubicación y el personal, al ser un lugar céntrico puedes caminar en todas partes y el personal te da sugerencias de a qué restaurante ir, al ver tantas opciones disponibles, también te ayudan en lo que pueden para las cosas que necesitas, las habitaciones no tiene plancha, pero le pedimos prestado una al personal y muy amablemente nos la prestaron.

El estacionamiento, si se lo pides al personal te puede apartar un espacio en una cochera del negocio que tienen a lado, el detalle es que tienes que levantarte a las 5 para poder sacar el carro y encontrar un lugar en la avenida para aparcar, ya la cochera de usa para descargar y cargar cosas del negocio que tienen, pero bueno, es de gran ayuda ya que encontrar estacionamiento es muy difícil en el centro. De preferencia si te hospedas, no lleves tu carro

Muy buena estancia, pienso volver

Es un hotel sencillo, pero con buenas instalaciones. La limpieza a la habitación era diaria. Hay un horno de microondas, una cafetera, y un ventilador en la habitación. La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra sobre la misma calle de 20 de noviembre, a una cuadra exacta del mercado de comida del mismo nombre y cercano a tiendas, al mercado de artesanías y al centro histórico. En la esquina hay una cafetería Mayordomo, enfrente un súper Piticó, el hotel está muy bien ubicado.

Que la habitación al ser interior, era un poco calurosa. La entrada del hotel cierra a las 11 de la noche, en alguna ocasión llegamos posterior a esa hora y no había encargado que nos abriera el zaguán. Creo que ese es un punto no tan positivo, que no siempre hay alguien en la recepción.

La limpieza era muy buena. La ubicación era muy buena. Dispones en la habitación de microondas, agua, toallas… etc.

Es un hotel de muy bajo nivel. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen. La ducha era horrible (mojaba para todos los lados), mucho ruido en la habitación. El primer día olían bastante las cañerías. En general, un hotel cutre.

Buena ubicación, calidad-precio, comodidad, bonito.

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy amable. Tuvimos un carro rentado y al comentárselo al de recepción nos hizo el favor de ingresarlo con un horario de 20:00 hrs a 6:45 am. El balcón estuvo genial.

Me hubiera gustado que tenga aire acondicionado, sin embargo el ventilador si ayudó. Tarda un poco en salir el agua caliente pero si se logra.

Había muy poca agua en la regadera, no hubo agua caliente, ofrecen la TV y no funciona, solo te dan una sábana y si pides más no hay opción. Las instalaciones ya son viejas, las fotos que muestran aquí seguramente es cuando eran nuevas, ya no está así
