Perfekte Lage am Rande der Altstadt von Riva. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Kellerraum zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern.

Ein Frühstück war nicht inkludiert, Kaffemschiene mit Kapseln vorhanden. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Lebensmittelgeschäft in näherer Umgebung vorhanden.
Garagenplatz typisch Italien etwas schal mit großem SUV wird es etwas eng.

Appartamento nuovo, con tutti i confort e pulitissimo. Si trova a due passi dal centro di Riva, dalla zona ztl e dai supermercati. Matteo, il proprietario, è stato estremamente gentile e ci ha fornito molte informazioni per il nostro soggiorno oltre che offrirci all'arrivo una crostata, latte e cialde di caffè espresso. Da tenere in considerazione che l'alloggio ha posto macchina gratuito nel seminterrato, ascensore e riscaldamento regolabile in.ogni stanza. Nell'appartamento non mancava davvero niente e, dulcis in fondo, Matteo ci ha fatto un regalo inaspettato e molto gradito..... Lo consigliamo assolutamente!!!
