Decor was gorgeous- Tub and zen garden were so peaceful. Beds were comfortable Showers were very nice Location was good Quiet neighborhood

So many things were nicely labeled, would be helpful to add instructions for the water heater. Waiting 12 hours to get info on how to have hot water seemed a bit slow. Gps had a difficult time finding the address- a picture of the outside and a short instruction from the main street would make it easier to find. Although very beautifully prepared, the breakfast was just ok taste wise. Washing machine/ dryer was very handy to have! However clothes came out smelling badly. Mind need to run a cycle to clean the machine?

It was great, however no where to sit apart from the horigotatsu. Which whilst was beautiful. Not practical to relax.

Love the rock Onsen style tub and the incredible koi fish!

Property needs fresh linens. Towels and sheets need upgraded. They could also be a bit more generous with the amount of towels left for guests to use. Front pond has a dead Tree in its planter… even if they put in a good fake it would look better than a dead tree at the entrance.

Location was great! I loved the artistic details throughout - I felt like royalty. We enjoyed the private onsen and the lovely little fish.

If you would like to cook, there is a hot plate located in the cabinet under the sink that you will need to use. But I had to figure that out. We enjoyed cooking a simple meal.
