Alles neu und sehr modern eingerichtet.

Keine Außenbeleuchtung. Keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen. Für zwei Personen doch sehr klein

Wir waren nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung hier und es war alles super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich es stand Wasser Duschgel Handtücher bereit. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und der Check in um 1 Uhr nachts war auch kein Problem. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen sehr zu empfehlen.

Flexible host, didn't had any problems with late check-in Nicely equipped rooms Good blackout curtains for good quality sleep. Good value for price Location is not bad, 10-12 mins with a local bus to city center. There's a local bakery nearby that's really worth your attention.

Next to this building is active construction site, so expect some noise from early morning (7AM). That's not perfect if you're light sleeper.

The place looked like a boutique hotel, which we liked. The room was also very clean, which is important. The fact that we had a parking spot for our car was also much appreciated. Furthermore I'd like to mention that the mattrass felt very good. Under normal circumstances we would have slept really good! Honestly, this place had everything to score high ratings, but unfortunately they dropped the ball on two very important things...

We were in apartment 4. I think if we had any other room we would have given this apartment a higher rating because there were two major issues here. 1/ We had no Wifi connection, which was a serious problem because we had to book our next hotel. We could choose between the wifi of apartment 2 or apartment 3. It seemed like there was no wifi for apartment 4 available. It was impossible to connect to the ap2 wifi and the wifi from ap3 only worked for the first 5 seconds. We don't understand how a BnB/hotel isn't able to offer a good wifi connection in 2025. We contacted the host about it and she just said she knows the connection is 'sometimes' bad and that she would contact the provider about this. Yipee kayee. That didn't help us one bit. 2/ When we came back from Zadar and came into the apartment the place felt like a frying pan. It gets really hot in Zadar during the summer. We wanted to put the air conditioning on, only to find out that the thing was broken. It seemed like we weren't the first to notice because previous guests had switched the batteries from the TV remote and the air conditioning remote. All batteries were empty now. I ran to the supermarket to get some new batteries. With those new batteries we were able to watch television, but the air conditioning remained dead and broken. We contacted the host again and she said she was unaware of the fact the thing was broken. Seeing we were unable to start the thing up manually, we basicly were forced to sleep in a desertlike environment. We went on a road trip through Slovenia and Croatia for two weeks and everywhere we went we rated the places we stayed at 9/10 or 10/10. We are not difficult people. This place however didn't deliver on the 9,2 rating it promised. Hence our final score of 5/10.
