It's really quiet and the owner is super friendly.
Very accepting of Polish people and has a bunch of good items for the beach for free.
Also a kitchen with basic foods stocked.
The distance to the city is not a problem, since there's a bus connection and a quiet night away from the centre is a huge bonus
There's also a nice mini fridge to keep cold beer
Too few little things to mention

The host was so friendly and helpful. He directed us to the local supermarkets and beaches so it was easy for us to find everything in our short stay! The location of this property was amazing, only a ten minute flat walk to the beach and two minutes to restaurants and shops. The room is cosy and has all the facilities you need, it also had a balcony which was nice to sit on in the evenings!
The bathroom had a wet room style shower which was quite difficult to use and water ended up all over the bathroom despite having a towel try to catch the water.
