Spotless, tidy room; great quiet location with a private, secluded feel; beach within a short walk; private parking right by the entrance; spacious terrace. The host was exceptionally kind and shared useful tips on the city, parking, and restaurants - much appreciated.

Splendid stay

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Had everything needed for our 6 day stay. Location was perfect. It's about 15 minutes to walk to the beach 45 minutes to the old town. Ivanka was most accommodating and so helpful. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Recommended!

Ivanka was very helpful. The flat is a good size and with a balcony. Everything works well. There's a safe place for bicycles. It is located in a suburb with a small Stundendac shop around the corner. I had my bicycle: it took12 - 15 minutes to ride to the old city.

Ok for a short stay

It had private parking, all the amenities and the balcony is very nice. Communication with the hosts was super smooth

The size of the shower was a complete turn off. Unless you're a 5year old kid, you can't fit there. Also, the bedroom smeeled horribly like varnish and it wouldn't go away even of the windows were open. The place is a 1h walk from the center, count a 15/20 min drive.

Superb

I've never stayed in an apartment before so I've nothing to compare it with but there seemed to be everything that you need. Comfortable living room with cooking facilities and fridge. There was tea and coffee provided as well as shower gel and shampoo. Ivanka was a great host. Only too happy to help.

It's quite a long walk to the old town (maybe 5km) but there are buses (5 and 8) and I believe taxis are reasonable. Ivanka will explain all as well as providing maps and other tourist information.

Gorgeous apartment, really spacious and clean and the balcony was a really great size. Really comfortable bed too! We loved it all. The hosts were lovely and so very helpful too!

Lovely Zadar accommodation

Apartment was spacious and very clean and had everything we could have asked for Inc washing machine (we didnt use ) , iron and kit utensils. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am . Ivanka was still happy to pick us up from the airport !! Her and her husband couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome !! The bikes provided were just perfect for the short ride to the beach !! Thank you so much . Highly recommended!!

Recommend for short stay in Zadar. Great hosts and great value apartment.

The hosts were super, they offered a pick-up from the airport and were very helpful suggesting transport options around Zadar and to the bus station, good eating spots and suggested sights. The accommodation was great and loved the balcony area, groceries were easy to get and the location was super.

The shower is small and has curtains so there's not much space but I was aware of this from the photos.

Location was perfect if you have a car which I did. The shower was fantastic and balcony was ok.

I didn't like the fact that the mattress was hard and didn't get any sleep on this holiday because of this. I have a back problem and need a good mattress to sleep on. I did ask the landlord for a new mattress and was told on return from split this would be felt with. On returning I was told all shops are closed and cannot order a mattress until next week when i have returned to England. Also I did book this apartment for 9 nights and went to split for two full nights. On returning the landlord didn't replace my bed sheets which got me upset as I like my bed sheets on holiday to be replace every three days. I spoke to the landlord about this and her response was I don't need to change this until the 7 th day. She also pointed out to me that I had spent two nights away from apartment so she didn't have to change the sheets. I have had the same bed sheets for the hole of my stay which is 9 nights. I have been to Croatia three times now and this has never happened before and also been to many countries and this has never happened before. On top of everything her husband was very rude and started shouting when I was asking about my bed sheets telling me this is a cheap apartment and you pay for what you get which I thought was very rude. I will never book this apartment again as I always come to Croatia about two times for the year.

Good value, suitable location, lovely experience…

The interior was all in new or new-like condition. The terrace, which provides a good deal of floor space as an additional room, shows a bit of age but everything is well-maintained. All perfectly clean! Snack, bottled water and some instant coffee as well as useful tips on local possibilities provided on arrival! The owners are most friendly and helpful. We even got some homemade cookies for our way back…

Well, you always find some flaws, such as potentially annoying noise from air-conditioning and/or fridge at night, but this accommodation was probably the best value for all the money spent on this one-week vacation of mine…

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, safe, and pleasant! The place was very clean and they had 2 bikes which we used to visit the city. The parking spot was exactly in front of the house, which was very convenient. We had a lovely time at the apartment!

Appartamento molto pulito con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno.Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi mentre per visitare il centro noi abbiamo usato Uber. Consigliato.

Très bon séjour à Zadar et merci Ivanka !

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Ivanka (très bonne communication avant notre arrivée), c’est une hôte disponible. L’appartement était propre et bien équipé, la terrasse agréable. Il est possible de se garer juste devant l’immeuble et la ville est accessible en 10 min de voiture (20min à pieds de la plage).

Plusieurs appartements sont loués au même étage dans l’immeuble qui n’est pas très bien isolé, ce qui peut entraîner des nuisances sonores pour les gens ayant un sommeil léger.

L’accoglienza e la gentilezza della proprietaria, che ci ha sempre assistito nella scelta delle spiagge, dei ristoranti e delle attività di svago. Ivanka è stata sempre disponibile ad assecondare ogni nostro bisogno e richiesta, per esempio la presenza di biciclette gratuite per tutto il soggiorno, ombrelloni, il cambio delle asciugamani frequente e la presenza di teli mare per la spiaggia.
