Great place to stay.

House was spotlessly clean as were the towels and linen. Great spot. We travelled from Hampshire for a family celebration which was 15 minutes away. Relatives also live close by so made it easy to visit them. Nice outlook and the garden would be ideal in the summer. Five stars for the cleaners. We stayed in an Airbnb last year in Liverpool town centre which left a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department! It was great to be able to have a cup of tea after a gruelling 7 hour drive from Hampshire as teabags and milk were left for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Another excellent stay

Another fantastic stay at this amazing house. I've stayed here twice now and would definitely stay here again and again. The house was the perfect size for me, my partner and friends. We all had our own rooms, and enough space to spread out a little if we wanted to. The host left us a small welcome basket that included biscuits, cereal and crisps and there was even a small milk in the fridge. The coffee, tea and sugar jars are all well stocked as well, meaning it's great when you first arrive and you're dying for a cuppa. There is more than enough space in the living room with an L-shaped couch, a smaller couch and even a comfy chair. The dining room has more than enough chairs for everyone to be able to sit comfortably. I noticed this time in the garden there was the addition of a picnic bench which I reckon in summer would be perfect for eating outside if you wanted to. There is enough parking out the front for at least two cars if needed and access to the property is on a lock box which was simple enough to use. In the kitchen, the host also has a piece of paper to give you instructions for using the oven. I admit I had forgotten how to turn it on at first but the instructions definitely helped on that front.

Not so much stuff I didn't like, but things I would suggest people who want to stay here to take with them. If you plan on cooking anything that requires grease-proof paper or foil make sure you take your own. Also, take a pizza cutter if you plan on having pizza, there are knives but just for simplicity take your own.

This home was very tidy and comfortable for our group of 5. We appreciated the opportunity to wash and dry our clothes, even though it rained outdoors. The welcome items and milk etc were a very nice touch.

No shower above the bath in the main bedroom meant we had to share the ensuite shower.

Location was perfect lovely estate nice and quiet good views house had everything from parking to milk in fridge for tea board games for kid and breakfast basket with cereals was nice All in all perfect house was clean and tidy with everything provided.

One night in May

The house was clean and spacious. We were able to prepare food and enjoyed an evening relaxing. The outside space is great and private. We would definitely stay again if we needed accommodation in Liverpool. The surrounding area felt very safe and was quiet.

Unfortunately we found the house very warm upstairs. I fully appreciate it had been a hot few days but it seemed uncharacteristically warm compared to the downstairs. The beds in the ensuite room were very uncomfortable. Super soft with dips in the middle.

lovely house and we enjoyed our stay

the property was very efficient for what we need during that weekend. we did leave belongings behind and the owners were very nice to arrange the items to be returned.

there was slight issue with the boiler but the contact with the owner and fixing the issue was very easy and they were more than happy to help

Very clean and welcoming. The milk in the fridge and basket of cereals and nibbles was a nice that you simply don’t find elsewhere. Modern and very well presented properly that was fantastic value for money.

The only small negative was the main bathroom not having a shower - only a bath. There is a shower in the en suite which was great, it just meant guests had to access the shower In someone else’s bedroom. However, this didn’t really cause us much of an issue.

Great stay

The property was such a great location, with parking on site for more than one car. Which was great as my friend and I were driving from two different locations to meet up for a book conference. The beds were super comfortable though maybe a tiny bit narrow, but the bedding was warm and cosy. I really want to know what mattresses they are cause I'm in need of a new one. The owner left a few provisions including milk which was a godsend after the drive. The garden at the back is also huge, you can't tell from the pics but it also has a wide area at the side of the house as well. The location isn't too bad and there is a small Tescos Express, and Subway nearby, the road around to the property does have a lot of speed bumps so just be aware. Would definitely book again, thank you to the owners!

I wish there was another shelf in the oven to make it easier if you want to cook two things at once for more than one person but we worked it out in the end.

Beautiful clean house, perfect location for our needs.

Beautifully decorated and modern. It was very clean and tidy and the parking was right outside the house making unloading easy. A lovely complimentary basket of breakfast items and some milk was there upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Thank you

The only problem was the heating didn’t work when we arrived and the house was cold. A quick text and prompt reply from the host sorted it out.
