I did not like the communication methods using a third party website and third party insurance company that requires a 700€ security deposit and their warning that I could be charged even if sheets are stained. This and and the slow communication in another language had me worried I was being scammed. The high security deposit also had me feeling like I was in a glass house. When I chose to buy their 15€ a day insurance policy the payment wasn’t accepted and said it was not possible to try again. The wifi was slow and couldn’t watch Netflix or online shows. Communication was not clear to start and did not receive clear instructions until the day before arrival. It turned out to be great but there were a lot hoops and questions before feeling comfortable. We also needed to wait 10 minutes outside the apartment before being checked in.
