Fantastic little cottage.

Lovely cosy cottage , very clean and fantastic location. Nice touch with the complimentary milk, bread and fresh eggs . Would definitely visit again highly recommended 👌

Shame only one mattress was memory foam , and the toilet seat was a little unsterdy but didn't effect our stay at all .

Cottage in good location in town centre. A little gem. It was cozy and warm as soon as we stepped through the front door. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. The two bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had all amenities. Both en suites were large with great showers and plenty of space to put toiletries and they had large mirrors. The cottage was spotlessly clean. I really couldn't fault it.

The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable, warm, cosy and in a convenient area close to town which is exactly what we wanted. We are hoping to relocate to Clitheroe so it was a visit to get a feel for what the town is like at Christmas and it was just lovely ❤️

My husband and I were in the front bedroom and couldn’t work out how to get hot water from the shower but it didn’t spoil our stay

A perfect stay in a beautiful cottage.

After a longer journey due to an incident in the motorway, the milk, bread, eggs and tea and coffee were very welcomed! The cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished, with everything we needed, even a lovely Christmas tree. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own very adequate modern en-suite. The hairdryer was very useful! All in all, a perfect cottage in a lovely little town, we were close to amenities but it was still quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Internet was very useful too! The host was very efficient in communicating with me, with easy instructions for obtaining the key etc.

The place was perfect for what we needed it for only stayed 2 nights but it was exceptional next time we come we will stay longer and book here again

Host was very polite and welcoming. Very kindly left some eggs, milk and bread for us on arrival. Easy to get to and the cottage was beautifully decorated to a high standard. Great for a weekend break away from the hustle of city life.

It suited us very well for our particular purpose for a one night stay.

The extras provided were thoughtful and helpful. House was cosy and well equipped. House was well located for the shops, cafes etc. Communication from the host was good, and helpful.

The lack of parking worried us about staying there - but in reality was not too difficult and the host had given us helpful info in advance. Well located for the town also meant that a local pub was quite noisy late into the early hours of the morning.

Darryl kept in touch leading up to our stay. He was always helpful. The location of this beautiful cottage was perfect, literally 2 mins from everything. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable. Will happily stay hear for next year's festival.

Kind host, informative and had all correct equi0ment for any kind of cooking we were doing really comfortable beds and a stunning place, only really small AFI's

Unfortunately parking situation is a little awkward caused a little stress. Couch wasn't too comfortable unfortunately and it was a little bit cold in the house the second day and we struggled with the central heating

Lovely Quaint Cottage

It was a really quaint cottage. From the outside it didn't look much but once inside it was fantastic. 2 en suite bedrooms and lovely living area. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need and more. Great stay.

Heating was not on. Property was cold. Had to work out how to operate heating. No welcome by the owner. No butter for toast in breakfast.

Great location near to shops and pubs. Walking distance to Holmes Mill where attending for a wedding. Property itself was clean and well presented. All linen, towels provided in addition to breakfast items too. Rooms were spacious and great that they were both en suite. Host was reachable via phone when we had an issue accessing the key for the property.

Gorgeous place, amazing host and parking available not too far away.

Host left eggs/bread and coffee which was lovely. Could change the heating to however we desired. Easy to grab keys and to lock back up at the end of the stay. Parking round the corner. Beds comfy and the house itself is really beautiful.
