A perfect Air B&B, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, lovely furnishings and attention to detail. 10 minute walk to the town, plenty of on street parking, quiet location. Good communications and excellent value, highly recommended.

What a perfect and beautiful house, it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We visit clitheroe often to see our friends who live there so we would definitely book again.

What a beautiful property. Spotless with everything you will need. Beautiful smell! Sounds weird but you will know if you go there. Would definitely return. Excellent quality fixture and fittings and fabulous host communication

This is an exceptional property which has been beautifully decorated, was wonderfully clean and, as we visited in December, had some tasteful and thoughtful Christmas touches, including a tree. We found everything we needed and enjoyed the space as a family with two teenagers.
