Very Relaxing, convenient location and a great apartment.

What a lovely apartment it was light and airy, Very clean and welcoming. There was also a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated The location could not be better for centre of Clitheroe. The beds were extremely comfortable and even though Clitheroe Food Festival was in full swing the apartment was very quiet. Would Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved every minute we were in the apartment

Location perfect, fridge and drinks stocked on arrival, super clean, kitchen had everything, bathroom lovely, beds super comfy. Great communal space to chill watch tv and chat / eat.

One set of keys. Clock on the wall was stuck on 8:30. Confusing about waste / rubbish how to separate recycling.

Central position. Lots lovely little touches such as sweets and little toy on bed of room our granddaughter staying in Even the range of teas coffees there was decaf tea and oat milk. Just really thoughtful down to personalised welcome message

Perfect place to stay.

The building is lovely. The apartment was clean, spacious, and so welcoming. Perfect amount of communication by Host and so many lovely add-ons throughout. I would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous immaculate apartment in a great spot

What a fabulous apartment in a perfect spot for Clitheroe shops, bars and restaurants. It was immaculate and the beds were really comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and a nice large shower. Claudia was excellent with communication and left lots of lovely touches like toiletries, chocolate, milk and orange juice which was much appreciated. Nearby overnight parking was only a couple of minutes walk. Really enjoyed Clitheroe with lots of lovely independent shops. Holmes Mill is great for drinks, food, bowling and cinema. Loads of nice bars and restaurants too.

All good for our stay except couldn’t initially find the keys.

Comfy quarters and central location.Clean and very quiet.

Found it hard to find where locked key box was.Even enlisted the help of a local and he was baffled. Finally got there but perhaps a heads up on info ,say….next door to the hair dressers.Sorry can’t remember what they called themselves.

Extra-special stay in lovely modern apartment.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

This fantastic first floor flat is in the perfect town centre setting, with ample parking nearby. Inside we were greeted with a cheery welcome message and a generous selection of refreshments & nibbles. There was plenty of room for my family of four (including two six foot 5 boys!) - two good sized double bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and a comfy living/dining room. Everything had been considered, such as ironing facilities, a large mirror near a plug socket (my personal bugbear!), extra bedding etc. Also a great power shower makes all the difference. Little extras like a selection of mini toiletries in each room and chocolates on the pillows (I think they were on the pillows - my boys swooped in and ate them before I could see!) made us feel like VIPs on holiday. Claudia was a wonderful host - excellent, friendly communication prior to our arrival, and easy to get hold of when we needed help. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if ever back in the area - Thank you so much Claudia x

Excellent apartment in Clitheroe

Great communication with Claudia (the host). Thoughtful little touches like bottles of water and chocolates next to the bed, essential toiletries, milk & orange juice in the fridge, large selection of teas, coffees & jams. Only stayed one night, but very comfortable with a spacious kitchen/living room. Plenty of street parking, but has daytime time restrictions. Very central location, but didn't suffer with any 'Friday night noise'. Will definitely be back 😊

Perfect stay, can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect location right in the centre of lovely Clitheroe. Beautiful apartment, plenty of room and attention to detail was fantastic for our stay, little minis, water on our bed sides. Little touches like that made our stay extra special. Beds were so comfy, can’t fault the place!

Super spot in Clitheroe

A lovely comfortable, very well equipped apartment in a really good location for exploring Clitheroe and parking nearby. Claudia was a very helpful host and dealt with all of our queries promptly. Some really nice touches with a couple of mini Prosecco and Italian beer in the fridge along with milk and orange juice. The Ferrero Roche strategically and tastefully located around the place was a nice touching. There were also various toiletries which were appreciated. As nice an apartment as we've stayed in...and we have stayed in quite a few.

The stairs might be a bit of a challenge for someone with mobility problems
