Cosy house set in historic town of Clitheroe

Super clean , much more room /bigger than property looks. Lots of room inside .OK for chilling in front room . Or playing a board game whilst having food in dining area.

Not much so any criticism is a little unfair. As a can gardener myself I would for little expense have created a more attractive outdoor space in the back yard . Even some astro turf and low maintenance planting creates inviting space when sun is shining.

This is a really lovely house. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is obvious that care has been taken to make it a pleasant for guests. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk, which was greatly appreciated on arrival, and there was even bread and eggs for breakfast the next day, which was very thoughtful. It is very central, close to lovely cafes, a large park and a castle.

Good location lots of space. Nice welcome package.

Property is in need of a renovation especially the bathroom. Cracked toilet, floor tiles needs regrouting. The shower is very dangerous. you can’t change the temperature. It is dangerously hot.
