Really nice, perfect for a couple of nights

I was clean and neat with a set of nice towels and even a bit of milk in the fridge for tea and coffee

We had a great time and would definitely stay again

Vernon the owner was attentive to detail and also offered me and my wife an extra night in upgraded accomadation at a cheaper rate , i could not accept the offer due to work commitments. He then offered us a lift to the rail station, again we declined the kind offer as only 10 minutes walk.

Fantastic stay

It was perfect location, just across the road from the pier. The host was very welcoming and brilliant with my daughter where she even got her nails painted and do some ballet. Lots of toys in the hallway. Very accommodating for children. Also full kitchen upstairs with everything you need. Has a parking space too

I liked everything. Only little thing I would say is that it would be nice to have a little shelf in the shower for toiletries

Comfy, cosy and ideally located.

Free on site parking, cosy and comfortable room with everything needed, private garden area for our own use was a wonderful bonus! All local shops, restaurants, pubs, beach, pier, arcades, etc a very short stroll from the premises yet we experienced zero noise from outside once we went to bed. The owner Vernon was very chatty, friendly and welcoming.

There were nothing we didn't like about our stay and look forward to staying there again next time we're in South Devon.
