Upon arrival, we called the owner, and within just 5 minutes he came, handed us the keys, and explained everything. The apartment is very convenient and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, shower gel, and laundry detergent. It’s a true “move-in ready” apartment—nothing extra is required. The design is very stylish and modern, with an ergonomic kitchen-studio. It’s located a bit far from the sea (about a 20–25 minute walk), but we chose this accommodation deliberately, given its proximity to supermarkets. Private parking is located right under the building.

The parking spots at the edges have a concrete parapet. When parking, this needs to be taken into account because, unfortunately, we were just a few centimeters short, and the automatic sliding door hit the parapet. As a result, an unwanted deep scratch appeared on the door :(

Its amazing apartments! The host made everything for comfort living. After arrival the host met us and show us everything. Its better than photos. I recomend you to stay here, its super place for such a price! Best wishes for the host😊

Our family stay was perfect, lots of space, very nice apartment, very easy to get keys and good description of the location. Interior is great, there are shower gels, shaving cream, and other small details that gives you feeling that host really cares about the guest and overall stay. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to pay a bit extra but have perfect stay.

Location was great and our host was on time and very helpfull. Parking for my car was waiting for me. Location was very quiet and walking distance to the City. Apartment was very clean - excelent.

Cómodo y bonito apartamento en Zadar

El apartamento nuevo, muy bonito, con amplia cocina muy bien equipada. Amplia mesa, zona de estar y balcón. Dormitorios cómodos y baño completo. Buen contacto con el anfitrión para aclarar algunas dudas.

La zona no me gustó mucho, aunque tenía servicio de supermercado cerca, pero es cierto que buscamos apartamentos de paso para una noche.

Appartamento splendido e super accogliente. Consigliatissimo

Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’attenzione al cliente davvero rara. Abbiamo trovato numerosi prodotti utili per il bagno,la lavatrice e una cucina attrezzata con tanti utensili. Arredamento ricercato, casa stupenda sotto ogni aspetto. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host per la gentilezza e la disponibilità,nel permetterci di posticipare l’orario del check-out. Esperienza eccellente, consigliatissimo!
