A quiet place in Zadar.

Spacious apartment in a safe and very charming neighbourhood, close to the old town and several supermarkets.

The neighbours are very noisy at night.

Quiet area close to Old Town

Quiet area close to Old Town. Had all the equipment for cooking. It was nice to enjoy morning coffee outside in the sunshine. We got also late check out for free and there was even a possibility to leave some our staff there for few hours after check out.

OK for families who don’t mind taking a car back and fourth

it was very big and very clean

The landlord made me slightly uncomfortable especially as he went in while I was not in the flat (without asking me). not the best for a solo traveller.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good location. Worth to come back.

Very comfortable, all what you may need is there. It is not new but very well maintained and clean. AC working well. It is silent and we slept very well. Initially I thought that 15 min to the center is far, but it is not a problem at all - we left a car and walked a few times a day. Good supermarket store in a walking distance. Host very helpful, present only when you need him. He adviced the best way to travel to the island. All as on pictures. I fully recommend.

Very good

The apartament was spacious and had everything we needed. Close to a few bakeries and only a short walk to the city centre and beach. Good contact with the owner about the check-in and check-out process.

The apartment is 15 minutes away from the city Center, it is very calm and the owner was very kind, everything was perfect

The apartment is very nice and clean and Ivan was very helpful and communicative. We worked during the week and had enough space and good wifi. We also cooked our own food using all the great kitchen amenities. Overall a great stay.

The washing machine didn't work although it was mentioned as part of the apartment facilities. Also the sofa was a bit hard.

Clean, good contact with the owner, never the less we haven't met anyone at the property.

Smell in the bathroom. Pictures are outdated. Uncomfortable bed.

Not a big problem, but owner did a mistake with booking time, but it was sorted out quickly in 2 hours.

Určite neodporúčam ubytovanie v zime. Doplácal som ešte 80€ za tretieho člena, za čo????????????????

Parkovanie bolo výborné, práčka, blízkosť centra a obchodov.

Nechápem, ako môže niekto ponúkať takýto apartmán v zime. Ak si niekto myslí, že jedna klimatizácia vykúri z kuchyne kúpeľňu, spálňu a ešte aj izbu na prespanie tretieho člena, ktorá je spravená na balkóne, tak to robí len preto, aby sa dostal k €urám. Hosť je až na poslednom mieste. Pre pána Ivana, dcéra ráno vstala s cencúľom na nose. A v sprche ma dostali dvierka, vlastne igelitový záves, skúste sa osprchovať v studenej kúpeľni v malom sprchovom kúte, kde je namiesto dvierok igelitový záves, sprchu musíte držať v ruke, lebo si ju nemáte kde vložiť. Je to na zaplakanie. Zadar je krásne mesto, ale takýto hostitelia, by to radšej mali vzdať. V Zadare som bol na Nový Rok X-krát, ale vždy som išiel spokojný domov. Teraz to povedať nemôžem.

Заселение было немного раньше. Меня встретил хозяин квартиры Иван, очень приятный и радушный. Показал, квартиру, ответил

Абсолютно все: от место расположением, хозяина квартиры, чистоты, до самых лучших закатов, прозрачности моря и радушных людей

Слишком шумные соседи, но это уже человеческий фактор, а не вина хозяина квартиры. Интернет, не особо стабильный, но я была на мобильном и это не было для меня проблемой

L équipement de l appartement qui est assez grand. Lave linge, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur .

Que l espace extérieur soit condamné pour stockage . Impossible de manger dehors, c est dommage. Le manque d isolation phonique: on entend même le bruit des interrupteurs chez les voisins, donc discussions, télévision...sinon le quartier est très calme. On est à 1km200 du port de Zadar mais il faut passer par des boulevards très fréquentés par la circulation

Sicuramente c'è di meglio.

Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci aspettava per darci le chiavi, gentile. La zona è tranquilla e a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, parcheggio di fronte all'appartamento. C'è la lavatrice.

Appartamento trascurato, Doccino rotto, tapparelle del soggiorno rotte ( zero privacy essendo al piano rialzato) , microonde sporco, nessuna minima dotazione in cucina sale, olio o altro. Al nostro arrivo invasione di formiche all'ingresso.

Apartament zawierał wszystko co niezbędne( pralka, żelazko, parasol, torba na zakupy, mikrofalówka, piekarnik, duża lodówka,wygodne łóżko w odrębnej sypialni, rolety, tv, foldery turystyczne). Fajna lokalizacja w spokojnej, zielonej dzielnicy. Słychać śpiew ptaków.W pobliżu sklep sieci Tommy, piekarnia. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
