Everything was nice and the apartman was amazing, I definitely recommend it.
The owner was very nice and even recommended near restaurants, bars and beaches.
The supermarkets are very close, the old town is like 15 minutes by foot that is really great.
The beaches are a little bit far away but if you have a car this should be no problem.
Note that almost every beach has a free parking spot.
Two little things these are not negatives but I think it's worth to mention:
1. If you have a SUV or a bigger/wider car, the parking spot will may be a little bit tight, I have an Opel Astra and if two cars parked next to me I was almost not able to open the door. So it's good to think about an alternative.
2. Just an FYI there is no microwave in the house, in my opinion it would be worth to get one.
