We stayed for one night. The house was spacious and clean, and the owner was sweet and welcoming. She received us at the property and showed us the apartment.
There was no heating in the rooms. The kitchen has an air conditioning unit that can be used as a heater, and the bathroom has a heater. Out of the three rooms only one had a small portable heater. We were 5 people sleeping in the three rooms, so it was very uncomfortable at night because the rooms got very cold, and it was 2-3 degrees Celsius outside during the night. The description of the apartment says there's heating, but it's not in every room.
Also, almost all properties I've stayed at keep some tea/coffee in the kitchen. There was nothing provided here.
